Research On The Current Situation And Problems Of TCM Service In The Primary Health Hospital In Mangshi,Yunnan Province

With the deepening of the reform of the health system in China,it is necessary to give full play to the role of traditional Chinese medicine in the deepening of the reform of the medical and health system.In the development plan of Chinese medicine in 12 th Five-Year,it was clearly proposed that the construction of medical service system of Chinese medicine should be strengthened with the focus of urban and rural grass-roots.This paper aims to township hospitals in the development of Chinese medicine in basic medical institutions mans policy and the national Chinese medicine resources development present situation,problems and causes,basic cognition of residents of Chinese folk medicine and utilization of the combination of national medicine and the characteristics of township hospitals and the existing problems,puts forward related suggestions to Mangshi Township the development of the national Chinese medicine hospital.Based on the literature review,analysis and sorting,to understand the grassroots medical institutions of China National Chinese medicine development,Mangshi national medicine development,the literature analysis.To obtain relevant data through field surveys,visits and interviews,mainly on the mans five with township hospital to carry on the investigation and analysis about the present situation of township health center and the difficulties and the masses of Grassroots National Chinese medicine cognition and utilization.Through the investigation and analysis,we know that:1.Chinese medicine equipment Mangshi grassroots township hospitals in the Department of traditional Chinese medicine of pharmacy has been basically complete.2.At least 2 Chinese medicine personnel were equipped in the Department of traditional Chinese medicine of the township hospitals.3.The national medicine of traditional Chinese medicine has a broad mass base at the grass-roots level,and the masses have a high degree of recognition of traditional Chinese medicine.Dehong state has carried on the relatedexcavations and collation to the national medicine resources,and promoted the inheritance of national medicine.But at the same time,Mangshi township hospital development of Chinese folk medicine also has some problems and difficulties:1.In addition to the basic traditional Chinese medicine equipment,the utilization rate of other traditional Chinese medicine equipment is not high,and the vast majority of township hospitals can only treat the suitable technology of traditional Chinese medicine.2.There are lack of professional technical personnel in the Department of traditional Chinese medicine of the township hospitals,and the existing Chinese medicine personnel are unqualified,non professional and low education.3.The grassroots people have a low rate of cognition and utilization of traditional Chinese medicine.4.Mans traditional ethnic medicine play in the township grassroots role.
