| Background: At present,our country’s AIDS epidemic shown a low prevalence,and gradually spread from high-risk groups to the general population,AIDS is increasing.With the development of the society,to speed up the flow of population,especially the relatively backward rural areas,more young migrant workers in the city,some of the young people in animated cities,and can not stand the temptation,and then infected with AIDS,and returned to the countryside.Rural science-education-culture-health are relatively backward,and it is easy to cause the spread of AIDS in rural areas.The township hospitals and clinics is rooted in the grassroots grassroots medical institutions in rural areas,which is an important force to carry out AIDS prevention work at the grass-roots level,in the publicity and education of AIDS intervention in high-risk groups,care and assistance,plays an irreplaceable role in the follow-up management.However,a lot of people do not want to serve the grassroots medical institutions,while the turnover rate is relatively high.And still lack of relevant research about how to make professionals stay at the grassroots level,take root,grassroots services.Therefore,this study is based on the level of HIV / AIDS prevention and control staff satisfaction analysis,to explore the basic factors affecting the level of AIDS prevention and control staff satisfaction,and to provide a policy recommendations for building a stable grassroots AIDS prevention team.Objective: The purpose of this study is to start from the perspective of self satisfaction,to explore the basic elements of grassroots AIDS prevention and control personnel satisfaction.Through self satisfaction questionnaire,the status of grassroots exploration of AIDS prevention and control staff self satisfaction,discuss the key factor affecting the basic AIDS prevention and control personnel satisfaction.Method: This study on the basis of literature analysis and expert discussion on the development of grassroots AIDS prevention and control self satisfaction survey questionnaire.According to degree and grassroots assume the HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment of HIV/AIDS epidemic situation,adopt the method of multistage random sampling,respectively in SICHUAN,HUBEI and ANHUI provinces in each extract 2counties to carry out the field investigation and insider interview work.By way of recording data manually transcribed into text,and questionnaire data using Epi Data 3.1software to create entry database first,then adopt double double entry check real-time calibration method for complete data entry work,finally using SPSS 16.0 for data statistical analysis.Results:(1)The general situation of the grass-roots staff of AIDS prevention and control:This study investigated a total of 38 hospitals and 63 clinics in a total of 148 AIDS prevention and control staff.The sex ratio was 1:1.34;the distribution of age between 21-63 years old,the average age was 40.38 ± 9.018 years old,to 30-50 years old following the Lord,accounted for 73%;marriage to married,there are 139 people,accounting for 93.9%;the cultural level in college,there are 68 people,accounting for45.9%;majored in clinical medicine,there are 77 people,accounting for 52%;the title to the primary title,there are 91 people,accounting for 61.5%;more than 2/3 people who are engaged in part-time the prevention and treatment of AIDS,there are 105 people,accounting for 70.9%.(2)The current situation of AIDS prevention and control at the grassroots level: The study results show that the current grassroots AIDS prevention and control work is gradually transferred from the CDC to the health centers and prevention and control work has antiviral treatment,consulting,testing,high-risk population intervention,and follow-up care assistance and management,publicity and education,and maternal and child block and so on six work,the health room is mainly responsible for AIDS follow-up management and publicity and education.In this study,the 148 grassroots medical institutions,HIV/AIDS prevention and control of the staff in institutes of most respondents are engaged in AIDS prevention and control work in item 1-3 of them with work in the item 1,2,3,the number of the proportion of 20.0%,31.2% and 28.8%respectively,the total accounted for 80.0%.Clinic in most of the respondents only engaged in AIDS prevention and control work in item 1 and 2 in the proportion of60.3% and 23.5%,respectively,the total accounted for 83.8%.(3)In the aspect of validity,the principal component analysis method was used to analyze the factor,and two common factors were extracted.The cumulative analysis could explain the total variation of 64.158%.Reliability,the overall Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of the self-satisfaction questionnaire was 0.898,job security dimension of Cronbach’s alpha coefficient is 0.896,breakthrough dimension of Cronbach’s alpha coefficient is 0.704.Therefore,the self-satisfaction questionnaire of this study has better internal consistency and higher reliability.(4)The status of the grass-roots staff of AIDS prevention and self satisfaction: This study investigated 148 grassroots AIDS prevention and control staff,78.4% of respondents expressed his title is satisfactory;77% of the respondents think that the current promotion evaluation mechanism is reasonable and satisfied;70.3% of the respondents pay for their own is satisfied with the degree of attention;82.4% of the respondents have on their own work is satisfactory;77% people need to work in the hardware configuration is satisfactory;85.8% of the respondents in their work environment is satisfactory;77% people on the current performance appraisal system is satisfactory the survey,91.2% people think that the current work and his ability to work and technology are consistent;86.5% of the respondents were at work on their own Achievement is satisfactory;91.2% of the respondents on their ability to accept training(knowledge and skills)opportunity is satisfied.By using the principal component method of factor analysis showed that the self satisfaction mainly by job security and self realization of two dimensions.Through single factor analysis of job security factor is mainly affected by the average score effect of income,preparation and training,self realization factor scores are average annual income,the influence and training.The total score of self satisfaction are the main influence factor of two titles and training.Conclusions:(1)The system of grassroots AIDS prevention and control personnel has been completed,the grass-roots staff of AIDS prevention and control the overall cultural level is higher,the majority of part-time work in AIDS prevention and control of AIDS,the relative lack of professional knowledge,basically able to work required.Hospitals and clinics for antiviral therapy,HIV / AIDS prevention and control work counseling and testing,intervention in high-risk groups.Management and follow-up care and assistance,education and PMTCT and other six items of work.(2)The self-satisfaction questionnaire used in this study has a good reliability and validity.The two common factors extracted by factor analysis can explain the total variation of 64.158%.The overall Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of the self-satisfaction questionnaire is 0.898.Through the analysis,the satisfaction degree of the work support dimension of the AIDS prevention and control staff at the grassroots level is higher than that of the self-realization.The satisfaction degree of the hospital in the work security dimension is higher than that in the health room,and the satisfaction degree of the selfHigher than the hospital.In the overall level of self-satisfaction,the satisfaction level of the hospital is higher than the level of satisfaction of the health clinic.(3)Preparation and training are the main factors that affect the satisfaction of AIDS prevention and control staff at the grassroots level.The results of this study show that the possibility of self-satisfaction is 2.620 times that of the surveyed subjects,and the trained subjects are self-satisfied The probability is 2.811 times the number of respondents who have not been trained.In the job security factor,the impact of the preparation of the greater satisfaction,self-realization factor,the impact of training on the satisfaction of a larger,preparation and training to jointly affect the level of self-satisfaction. |
