Objective Describe the incidence and death of malignant tumors in urban residents in Liuzhou City from 2010 to 2014;understand the trends of DALYs in residents of Liuzhou City in recent years;analyze and compare the disease burden of malignant tumors in different years, different age groups, and genders(DALYs)Differences Identifying malignant tumors that cause major disease burden in urban residents in Liuzhou, providing the basis for further decision-making by relevant ministries. Methods Collect the data of the incidence and death of malignant tumors in Liuzhou from 2010 to 2014 and the demographic data of Liuzhou City Public Security Bureau.Use the formulas provided by WHO to calculate the disability adjusted life span and DALY rate of malignant tumors and estimate the malignancy.burden.Results The follow-up of cancer registration in 2010-2014 covered a total of 5,589,637 urban population, including 2,836,303 males and 2,753,334 females. The average incidence rate of malignant tumors in residents of Liuzhou City was 260.91 per 100,000,and the incidence rate of 282.52 per 100,000 men was higher than women 238.66 per 100,000(?2=103.26,p<0.05).The standardized incidence was highest in Chengzhong District(292.07 per 100,000)and Liunan District(238.15 per 100,000)was the lowest. The incidence of malignant tumors in Liuzhou has been steadily increasing at a relatively high level(?2=109.147,p<0.05),and the trend in the incidence of men and women is consistent(male: ?2=25.330,p<0.05,female: ?2=101.617,p <0.05).In the 30-34 age group, the incidence rate began to rise significantly. After the 55-59 age group, the male incidence rate always maintained a high growth rate, while the female incidence rate began to slow down, and the incidence rate peaked at 80-84 age group,75-79 age group. The incidence of malignant tumors in the top five were trachea, bronchus and lung cancer, colorectal cancer, liver cancer, breast cancer, and gastric cancer.Except for breast cancer, the incidence of major malignant tumors was higher in men than in women(?2=426.024?49.552?657.440?74.897,p<0.05).Different genders have different spectrum of malignancy. The highest incidence of men was trachea, bronchi and lung cancer(66.88 per 100,000);colorectal cancer and gastric cancer showed a trend of increasing year by year(?2=23.592?7.953,p<0.05).The highest incidence rate of females was breast cancer(54.12 per 100,000);the incidence of breast cancer and cervical cancer all showed an upward trend(?2=24.867?25.920,p<0.05).The average mortality rate of malignant tumors in residents of Liuzhou City was 139.03 per 100,000,and the number of males was 179.74 per 100,000 more than that of females 97.08 per 100,000(?2=687.57,p<0.05).The standardized mortality rate was the highest in urban areas(151.11 per 100,000)and the lowest in Yufeng District(129.54 per 100,000).The mortality rate of malignant tumors in Liuzhou has been maintaining a narrow range of fluctuations. The trend of male mortality is consistent with the total mortality rate, while the female mortality rate has been increasing since 2011(?2=6.290,p=0.012).Mortality began to increase with age in the 30-34 age group and began to decrease after the peak in the 80-84 age group. The female mortality rate and the total mortality age trend were generally consistent, and the male mortality rate was always It increases with age.The top five cancer mortality rates in Liuzhou were trachea, bronchus and lung cancer, liver cancer, colorectal cancer, gastric cancer, and breast cancer. With the exception of breast cancer, the mortality rate of major malignant tumors was higher in men than in women(?2=372.938?500.566?28.930?56.763,p<0.05).Different genders have different cancer death patterns. The highest mortality rates for males and females were trachea, bronchi and lung cancer, which were 50.81 per 100,000 and 19.98 per 100,000,respectively.The mortality rate of male colorectal cancer has an increasing trend(?2=8.047,p=0.005).The trend of mortality of the top five female cancers is not obvious.During the period of 2010-2014,total DALY loss in Liuzhou City was 112,289.26 person-years,including 70,704.41 person-years of male loss, accounting for 62.97%;41584.85 person-years of female loss, accounting for 37.03%.Among the DALYs lost in Liuzhou City,YLLs were 110,819.38 person-years,accounting for 98.69%;YLDs were 1469.88 person-years,accounting for 1.31%.The total DALY rate of malignancies was 20.09 DALYs per 1,000,and 24.74 DALYs per 1,000 men were greater than women(15.25 DALYs per 1,000)(Wilcoxon W=15.00,P=0.008).The highest DALY rate in urban areas is 21.66 DALYs per 1,000 in Chengzhong District, and the smallest is 19.11 DALYs per 1,000 in Liunan District. The DALY rate of each urban area is higher than that of women(Wilcoxon W=15.00,P=0.008).The disease burden of malignant tumors varies from age to age. After the 30-59 age group, the burden of disease began to increase, and the disease burden peaked in the 70+ age group, both males and females. The top five cancer burdens in Liuzhou are trachea, bronchus and lung cancer, liver cancer, colorectal cancer, gastric cancer, and breast cancer. With different genders, the burden of malignancy is different.Male trachea, bronchus and lung cancer, liver cancer, oral and oropharyngeal malignancies showed a slowly decreasing trend, decreased by 13.76%,23.61%,and 20.57% in 2010-2014,and the DALY rate of colorectal cancer and gastric cancer showed a slowly rising trend.From2010 to 2014,they increased by 62.57% and 14.20% respectively.Women's breast cancer and colorectal cancer showed a slowly rising trend, rising by 39.05% and 22.42% respectively in 2010-2014.After the 60-69 age group, the female breast cancer and male liver cancer, oral and oropharyngeal malignancy showed a decreasing trend after the peak of DALY rate. The burden of malignant tumors among elderly(?60 years old)residents in Liuzhou City is 5.53 times that of young people(<60 years old). The rate of DALY in trachea, bronchus, and lung cancer in older adults(?60 years)is 8.74 times that of young adults(<60 years old). Conclusions The burden of malignant tumors in Liuzhou City has always fluctuated within a range. The average disease burden(20.09DALYs/thousand people)is higher than the national average(18.10 DALYs/thousand people). The burden of malignancy disease began to surge after 30-59 years of age,and it increased with age,and the burden of the elderly population was significantly greater than the middle-aged and young people. The top five malignancies in the disease burden were trachea, bronchi and lung cancer, liver cancer, colorectal cancer, gastric cancer, and breast cancer. The burden of malignancy is greater in men than in women, and the most important burden is trachea, bronchi, and lung cancer.Need to further strengthen the prevention and treatment of malignant tumors.
