Objective The incidence, mortality and the burden of malignant neoplasms disease in the xinjiang production and construction corps(XPCC)from 2015 to 2017 were analyzed to provide decision-making basis for determining the key prevention and treatment priorities of malignant neoplasms in the XPCC.Methods From 2015 to 2017,obtaining the incidence data of malignant neoplasms in XPCC cancer registration area and the death data of malignant neoplasms in the death cause surveillance system of XPCC Disease Prevention and Control Center. The disease burden of malignant neoplasms in XPCC was calculated by using the internationally accepted Disability adjustment life year(DALY).Results(1)From 2015 to 2017,the crude incidence of malignant neoplasms in XPCC was 302.23 per 100000,and the age-standardized incidence rates of Chinese population and world population were 164.73 per 100000 and 162.64 per 100000 respectively. The crude mortality rate of malignant neoplasms was 99.42 per 100000,and the age-standardized incidence rates of Chinese population and world population were 122.71 per 100000 and 121.44 per 100000 respectively. The age group of 70-79 had the highest incidence of malignant neoplasms, which was 948.51 per 100000.The incidence of malignant neoplasms in the 15-29 age group was the lowest,11.70 per100000,and the growth rate of malignant neoplasms was the greatest after 45 years old.The mortality rate of malignant neoplasms was the highest in the age group of 80+ years old(3578.46 per 100000),the lowest in the age group of 5-14 years old(0.64 per 100000),and the greatest increase in the mortality rate of malignant neoplasms after 70 years old.(2)From 2015 to 2017,the average DALYs of malignant neoplasms in XPCC was 45872,of which the average male DALYs was 24831 and the average female DALYs was 21040;the average DALYs rate of malignant neoplasms was 16.5 per 1000,of which the average male DALYs rate was 17.1 per 1000 and the average female DALYs rate was 15.9 per1000.The age-specific DALYs of malignant neoplasms in XPCC were the highest in the45-59 age group, and the age-specific DALYs rate of malignant neoplasms was the highest in the 80+ age group.(3)From 2015 to 2017,the top 10 malignant neoplasms in XPCC(DALYs)averaged 36,006,accounting for 78.5% of the total malignant neoplasms,of which the male was 20,827,accounting for 83.9% of the total malignant neoplasms in males and the female was 15,180,accounting for 72.1% of the total malignant neoplasms in females.(4)The top 10 malignant tumors DALYs ranked by size as lung cancer, liver cancer, gastric cancer, leukemia, colorectal cancer, breast cancer, esophageal cancer, uterine and cervical cancer, pancreatic cancer, prostate cancer;9705,7152,4134,3568,2848,2650,2237,1891,1170 and 652;the DALYs rates of these 10 malignant tumors were 3.50/1000,2.59/1000,1.49/1000,1.27/1000,respectively.1.03/1000,0.97/1000,0.79/1000,0.63/1000,0.42/1000 and 0.23/1000.Conclusion From 2015 to 2017,the disease burden of malignant neoplasms in XPCC is at the upper and middle level in China, and the burden of malignant neoplasms in males is higher than in females. After the age of45 is the high incidence of malignant neoplasms,it is necessary to pay more attention to the early diagnosis and treatment of malignant neoplasms, especially to pay more attention to the prevention and screening of malignant neoplasms in the respiratory system, digestive system and reproductive system in advance. In order to effectively reduce the economic and medical burden of patients, families and society.
