| Objective: By describing the incidence,death,and burden of major malignant tumors of people in Jiangxi province,2010 and 2015.to analyze and compare the changes in the burden of major malignant tumors of Jiangxi Residents in the past five years,And in-depth analyze the changes and causes about the burden of major malignant tumors indicators in special crowds,thereby providing data support and reference for Health administrative departments making malignant tumor prevention and control decisions.Methods:Collect the date of the incidence and mortality of malignant tumors among people in Jiangxi Province,2010 and 2015.use the disability adjusted life years calculation method provided in GBD2015,Then the standardized incidence rate,mortality rate,YLL rate,YLD rate and DALY rate were calculated with the 2010 national census data to assess the trend of cancers in Jiangxi Province.ordering and disease burden analysis of the main malignant tumors in special crowds(children,elderly,females),to evaluate the burden of malignant tumors of people in Jiangxi province.Results:1.In 2015,the overall incidence,deaths,YLL,YLD,and DALY of malignant tumors in Jiangxi Province were all greater than 2010,Men were larger than women,but they all declined after standardization,YLL is the main component of DALY,and YLD accounts for a small proportion;in 2010 and 2015,YLD/DALY was 2.22% and2.42%.2010 compared to 2015,the overall standardized incidence of malignant tumors in Jiangxi Province decreased from 228.58/100,000 to 221.515/100,000(decreased by3.25%),and the overall standardized mortality rate decreased from167.16/100,000to153.08/100,000(decreased by 8.42%),and the overall standardized DALY rate dropped from 3,958.24 / 100,000 to 3,618.31/100,000(decreased by 8.64%).The top ten of standardized DALY rates for malignant tumors are lung cancer,liver cancer,gastric cancer,colorectal cancer,leukemia,esophageal cancer,brain cancer,breast cancer,pancreatic cancer,and non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma,which are the heaviest diseases burden of major malignant tumors in Jiangxi Province.2.In 2010 and 2015,the incidence,deaths,YLL,YLD,and DALY of children aged0 to 4 years in Jiangxi Province were all smaller than those aged 5 to 14 years,but the data of each index after standardization showed The age group of 0 to 4years was greater than the age group of 5 to 14 years.2010 compared to 2015,the standardized incidence of children in the age group of 0 to 4 years decreased from24.48/100,000 to 22.85 /100,000(decreased by 6.66%),and the standardized mortality rate decreased from 8.73/100,000 to 7.74/10 Million(decreased by11.34%),the standardized DALY rate decreased from 754.11/100,000 to669.14/100,000(decreased by 11.27%);the standardized incidence of children in the age group of 5 to 14 years dropped from 18.77/100,000 to 15.47/100,000(decreased by 17.56%),standardized death rate decreased from 7.62/100,000 to5.96/100,000(decreased by 21.78%),standardized DALY rate decreased from594.27/100,000 to 465.52/100,000(decreased by 21.67%).The top six of standardized DALY rates for malignant tumors are Leukemia,brain cancer,non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma,liver cancer,kidney cancer,and Hodgkin’s lymphoma,which are the heaviest diseases burden of major malignant tumors among children in Jiangxi Province.3.Compared with 2010,the incidence,deaths,YLL,YLD and DALY all rise of the elderly in Jiangxi province,2015.The age group of 50 to 69 years is greater than the age group of 70 years and above,The 50 to 69 years age group’s standardized incidence increased and the rest all declined,The 50 to 69 years age group was lower than 70 years old and above.2010 compared to 2015,the standardized incidence of the elderly in the 50 to 69 years age group increased from 542.60/ 100,000 to551.59/100,000(increased by 1.66%),and the standardized mortality rate decreased from 367.31/100,000 to 351.97/100,000(decreased by 4.18%),standardized DALY rate decreased from 10383.56/100,000 to 983.907/100,000(decreased by 5.24%);standardized incidence of elderly population aged 70 and over decreased from1197.07/100,000 1134.32/100,000(decreased by 5.24%),standardized death rate decreased from 1108.06/100,000 to 1006.97/100,000(decreased by 9.12%),standardized DALY rate decreased from 14,759.12/100,000 to 13042.90/100,000(decreased by 11.63%).The top six of standardized DALY rates for malignant tumors are lung cancer,liver cancer,gastric cancer,colorectal cancer,and esophageal cancer,which are the heaviest diseases burden of major malignant tumors among the elderly in Jiangxi Province.4.Compared with 2010,the incidence,deaths,and YLD all increased of female crowd in Jiangxi Province,2015,but YLL and DALY decreased,and all data decreased after standardization.2010 compared to 2015,the standardized incidence of female crowd decreased from 182.07/100,000 to 169.24/100,000(decreased by 7.05%),and the standardized mortality rate decreased from 110.64/100,000 to 95.77/100,000(decreased by 13.44%),The standardized DALY rate decreased from 2676.09/100,000 to 2313.59/100,000(decreased by 13.55%).The standardized DALY rate of malignant tumors in different age groups of under 5 years,5 to 14 years,15 to 49 years,50 to 69 years,70 years and over all decreased by 15.30%,21.47%,7.99%,10.35%,and 17.00%.The top ten of standardized DALY rates for malignant tumors are lung cancer,liver cancer,stomach cancer,breast cancer,colorectal cancer,leukemia,cervical cancer,brain cancer,ovarian cancer,and esophageal cancer,which are the heaviest diseases burden of major malignant tumors among female crowd in Jiangxi Province.Conclusions:1.Compared with 2010,the burden of malignant tumors in Jiangxi Province has decreased in 2015,but the decline still remained relatively high.Premature death is one of the important factors constituting the burden of major malignant tumors among people in Jiangxi Province,Men are larger than women,with age group the burden of major malignant tumors also increase;2015 compared to2010,and the disease burden all decreased for children,the elderly,and female crowd.the top ten cancer types for the burden of malignant tumor in 2010 and 2015 are the same in Jiangxi Province,and the key prevention and treatment of cancersare lung cancer,liver cancer,gastric cancer,colorectal cancer,and leukemia.2.Different crowds have different burden of maligent tumors,with different priorities for prevention,The key cancers for children are leukemia,brain and nervous system tumors,non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma,liver cancer,and kidney cancer,those aged 0 to 4 years should focus on;the key cancers for the elderly are lung cancer,liver cancer,gastric cancer,colorectal cancer,and esophageal cancer,and those aged 70 years and above should focus on;the key cancers for female crowd are lung cancer,liver cancer,and gastric cancer,Breast cancer and colorectal cancer,people aged 50 and above should focus on. |
