Clinical Observation Of Tiaozhongshugan Decoction In The Treatment Of Functional Dyspepsia With Liver Depression And Spleen Deficiency

Objective The main research topics in Tiaozhongshugan decoction in the treatment of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type of functional dyspepsia(FD)clinical curative effect,through the observation in Tiaozhongshugan decoction on liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type in patients with functional dyspepsia and serum motilin(MTL)effect of anxiety and depression,to explore the mechanism of Chinese Medicine in the treatment of FD.The second,through the observation of patient adherence to medication and the incidence of adverse reactions,to better guide clinical medication.Methods Collected from December 2016-October 2017 in Anhui Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)cadres of spleen and stomach department visits into standard functional dyspepsia liver spleen deficiency outpatients,a total of 60 cases,and according to random number table method is divided into the treatment group and control group,with 30 cases each group.Treatment group was treated with Tiaozhongshugan decoction,twice a day,in the morning and evening taking half an hour before meals;the control group was given rabeprazole 20 mg half an hour before breakfast,and taken itobis 50 mg half an hour before three meals.After 28 days of continuous treatment,the clinical symptom scores,HAMA and HAMD and the changes of MTL were recorded before and after treatment.And review the blood biochemistry and other conditions,check the efficacy and safety of the Tiaozhongshugan decoction.Results(1)Comparison of clinical efficacy between the two groups:After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group and control group was 93.33% and 70.00%respectively.With X2 test,the differences between the two groups have statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of the symptom scores of the two groups before and after treatment:Comparison of the total scores of the two groups before treatment,P>0.05,prove that the two groups have comparative value.Compare with the total score before and after treatment in the two groups,the difference are statistically significant(P<0.01,).After treatment,the total score of the two groups is compared,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01).There is no statistical significance between the two groups on single symptom integral before treatment(P >0.05).After treatment,the two groups are compared with the single symptom score,except for the symptoms of epigastric distension,and the remaining monomial symptoms are statistically significant(P <0.01).(3)Comparison of HAMA and HAMD scores:In the two groups,HAMA and HAMD scores were compared before treatment,and there is no difference on statistically significant between the groups(P>0.05).Compare with the score of the two scales,before and after the treatment in the group,are statistically significant(P<0.01).After the treatment,the scores of HAMA and HAMD in the two groups were compared,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01).(4)The compation of MTL:The two groups were similar in MTL level before treatment,and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Comparing with MTL level before and after treatment in the group,the difference are statistically significant(P<0.01).After treatment,the two groups’ MTL level is compared and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01).(5)Safety comparison:There was no obvious abnormality in the laboratory index and electrocardiogram in the two groups of patients after treatment.The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group is 3.33%,and the control group is 10%.Conclusion(1)The Tiaozhongshugan decoction can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of FD liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome.(2)The curative effect of Tiaozhongshugan decoction of FD patients with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome is better than western medicine.It has an advantage in alleviating the patients’ stomachache,eating less,loose stool,irritability,insomnia,weakness,belching and acid regurgitation.(3)The Tiaozhongshugan decoction can improve the state of anxiety and depression of FD patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency,and the curative effect is obviously better than that of Western medicine.(4)It may improve the role of MTL in the treatment of FD patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency.(5)The Tiaozhongshugan decoction is less adverse and safer than western medicine in clinical application.
