Clinical Observation Of Chaizhu Liwei Decoction In The Treatment Of Functional Dyspepsia Due To Liver Depression And Spleeen Deficiency

Objective:Through the prescription chaizhuliweiyin in the treatment of functional dyspepsia of liver depression and spleen deficiency,this subject observed the improvement of patients’total curative effect,TCM symptom score,patients’anxiety and depression and quality of life after treatment,confirmed that chaizhuliweiyin can effectively treat the disease,and explored the mechanism of chaizhuliweiyin in the treatment of the disease,so as to provide reference for the clinical medication of the disease.Methods:From April 2021 to January 2022,64 FD patients who met the functional dyspepsia acceptance criteria and exfoliation exclusion criteria in the Department of Gastroenterology,Nangang District,Heilongjiang traditional Chinese medicine hospital were screened.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 32patients in each group.32 patients in the treatment group were given one dose of chaizhu liweiyin Decoction every day and twice in the morning and evening;32 patients in the control group were given Zhizhu Kuanzhong capsule,the specific dose was 3 capsules/time,3 times/day,30 minutes after meal.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.After treatment,the total curative effect,TCM single score,quality of life,improvement of anxiety and depression and recurrence of the two groups were observed,evaluated and analyzed before and after treatment.Results:(1)After the 4-week course of treatment,compared with that before treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.63%and that of the control group was78.13%,suggesting that the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);(2)Among the 8 TCM single scores,there was significant difference in the treatment group before and after treatment(~*P<0.05);Before and after treatment in the control group,there was significant difference in 7 single scores of abdominal pain,abdominal fullness,insufficient appetite,loose stools,belching and acid regurgitation,fatigue,anxiety and depression(all P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in 1single score of nausea and vomiting(P>0.05).Compared with the control group after treatment,there was significant difference in the six single scores of abdominal pain,abdominal fullness,insufficient appetite,loose stool,belching and acid regurgitation,anxiety and depression(~※P<0.05),suggesting that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in reducing the six single scores of traditional Chinese medicine;There was no significant difference in the two single scores of mental fatigue,nausea and vomiting(~※P>0.05),suggesting that the two groups had the same effect in the treatment of these two single scores;(3)There were significant differences in anxiety and depression symptoms between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),but there was significant difference in the treatment group(~*P<0.01),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the degree of anxiety and depression;(4)There was significant difference in the total score of quality of life between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.01).After treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);(5)In the follow-up,the number of patients with recurrence in the treatment group was 3,and the recurrence rate was 10.34%,while the number of patients with recurrence in the control group was 10,and the recurrence rate was 40.00%.The recurrence of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);(6)There were no adverse reactions in both groups during the treatment.Conclusion:(1)The chaizhu Liwei decoction has clear curative effect in the treatment of FD,and the total effective rate is better than that in the control group,which can significantly improve the total curative effect of patients;(2)Chaizhu Liwei decoction was significantly better than the control group in improving the six single scores of abdominal pain,abdominal fullness,insufficient appetite,loose stool,belching and acid reflux,anxiety and depression;(3)Chaizhu Liwei decoction was significantly better than the control group in improving the quality of life of FD patients;(4)Chaizhu Liwei decoction was significantly better than the control group in improving the degree of anxiety and depression in FD patients;(5)The recurrence rate of chaizhuliweiyin group was significantly lower than that of the control group;(6)In the whole treatment process,the patients taking chaizhuli Weiyin had no adverse reactions and had high safety.
