Clinical Effect Observation On Soft Liver And Refresh Spleen Decoction Treatment For Functional Dyspepsia With Anxiety And Depression State

Purpose and Significance:Through using the Decoction Soft Liver and Refresh Spleen, which including Chaobaishao 20g; Chaihiu、Dangshen、Chaobaishu、Fuling、Fushe、Chenpi、 Jiaoshanzha、Shenqu、Chaozhike、Yujin 10g; Sharen 5g; Hehuanhua 20g; Zhigancao 6g, with western medicine Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Capsules、Mosapride Citrate Tablets、 Flupentixol and Melitracen to treat Liver stagnation and Spleen deficiency FD with anxiety and depression state to evaluate the clinical effects and the effect of increasing the efficiency and reducing relapse rate. To provide new ideas and methods for clinical research of the disease.Study Methods:Randomly selected from 01/2014 to 06/2015 in taizhou hospital outpatient and hospitalized during the period of 95 cases of Liver stagnation and Spleen deficiency FD with anxiety and depression state patients,50 cases of Chinese traditional drug+Western medicine treatment group and 45 cases of Western medicine control group. The control group was treated with Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Capsules 20mg, daily 1, orally before breakfast; Mosapride Citrate, daily 3, orally before each meals; Flupentixol and Melitracen 1 piece,daily 2, the early and middle oral. The treatment group received additional Soft Liver and Refresh Spleen decoction, decoction of Chinese medicine were provided by the hospital pharmacy, unitary extracting machine, daily 3,one sachet once,200ml/bag. Both groups were treated for four weeks, follow-up for 3 months, observe both groups changes about TCM symptoms、HAMA、HAMD score and recurrent rate.Results:1. TCM symptoms and efficacy:The total effective rate in treatment group was 94%, the control group was 77.8%, prompt the total effective rate of the treatment group is higher than control group (P<0.05). The TCM symptoms total score of both groups after treatment have significant statistical significance (P<0.05). At TCM item syndrome scores, treatment group in improvements in epigastric fullness、eating less、epigastric pain、acid regurgitation and belching、fatigue、loose stools significantly better than control group (P<0.01),and in irritability、insomnia better than control group (P<0.05).2. Score comparison of HAMA and HAMD:The HAMA and HAMD scores of treatment group after treatment were significant lower than that of control group, prompt the treatment group is better than the control group.3.Recurrence rate comparison:Follow-up two groups of cured、markedly effective and effective patients, The rate of recurrence was 10.6% in treatment group and 37.1% in control group, The recurrence rate of treatment group was significant lower than that of control group, the difference has statistically significant (P< 0.005)Conclusion:1. Decoction Soft Liver and Refresh Spleen treat Liver stagnation and Spleen deficiency FD with anxiety and depression state patients, the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the Western medicine control group. It can effectively improve or eliminate TCM clinical symptoms, obviously reduces HAMA and HAMD scores, improve the mental state of patients, enhance their life quality, and the recurrence rate was significant lower than Western medicine control group, safe and reliable, which has a good prospect of clinical.
