Comparative Analysis And Control System Design Of Public Hospital Performance Of Different Corporate Governance Mode

Public hospital reform has been an important topic in the field of medical and health research in the world.Nowadays reform has entered into hard time.The direction and intensity of reform are particularly important.Corporate governance structure reform of public hospitals falls into stiff situation.National policies and institutional reforms are difficult to promote efficiency in some area.And this creates a very negative impact on the long-term development of China’s medical and health fields and the improvement of public hospitals.This study based on corporate governance reform under the new health care reform research background in public hospitals.First of all,the paper compares the different corporate governance model of public hospitals.Secondly,the study uses the DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis)to evaluate the different model of corporate governance and performance level.Finally,the paper designs the governance system frame in line with China’s national conditions based on the analysis results of the data.The governance system frame helps to improve the overall performance of the public hospital and provide theoretical support and develop practical guidance for hospitals.The results can be widely used as the relevant government departments and decision making in the reform of public hospitals.And it is important to the research on governance theory of hospital and the frame can effectively promote the reform of public hospitals.This study tries to solve the above problems.It investigates the effect of the corporate governance structre of public hospitals on the performance.The research work includes several aspects:(1)It sorts out the related research of public hospital corporate governance and performance through literature review.(2)In a review of the literature on the basis of the different corporate governance model,public hospitals are analyzed from multi angle,focuses on the comparison of various modes of internal governance mechanism.(3)It uses the principal-agent theory and stakeholder theory to analysis the public hospital corporate governance has the effect on the comprehensive performance.(4)The research selects 54 grade three hospitals in Jiangsu province as the object.It first uses SPSS 19.0 screening evaluation index,and then uses DEA to evaluate the sample hospital performance.Through the above for all the work,this paper concludes that the corporate governance model of public hospital will have an impact on the comprehensive performance,and the influence of different patterns of different.Combined with the results of the data analysis,the system design proposed corporate governance reform.List as follows:corporate governance reform of public hospital needs further push and the improvement of supporting policies;the authority,duty and benefit of the government and hospital need reasonable division,and keep the two targets consistent and efficient;the appropriate corporate governance mode should be selected;the internal governance mechanism of public hospital must be improved;the scientific and reasonable evaluation index system need to construct and the promote.
