Clinical Efficacy Observation:the Treatment Of Cervical Spondylosis Of Vertebral Artery Type By Trembling Manipulation At Fengchi Acupoint And Dazhui Acupoint

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and improvement of Transcranial Doppler Sonography(TCD)examinationin patients with Cervical Spondylosis of Vertebral Artery Type treated by trembling manipulation at Fengchi acupoint and Dazhui acupoint,in order to provide reliable evidence for clinical application of trembling manipulation.Methods:The subjects came from massage ward of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital,72 patients of CSA who accord with the standard of research were included in the trail。Then they were randomly divided into two groups: trembling manipulation at Fengchi acupoint and Dazhui acupoint combined with conventional massage group(Treatment group)and conventional massage group(Control group),each group(n = 36).Treatment group received trembling manipulation at Fengchi Acupoint and Dazhui Acupoint combined with conventional massage.Control group was given conventional massage.Two groups of treatment period was 2 weeks.The baseline and after treatment were the evaluation time points;use functional rating scale and clinical rating scale of CSA,Transcranial Doppler Sonography correlation examination as observation index;to evaluate each patient.At the sometime,observe the adverse events.Statistics and analysis of data use spss21.0.Results:1.The baseline analysis:(1)The compared baseline of age,gende,disease time of all the patients were consistent with good comparability when they entered their groups respectively(P>0.05);(2)The compared baseline of the observed indicators of all the patients were consistent with good comparability when they entered their groups respectively(P>0.05).2.Efficacy Evaluation:(1)After treatment,two groups of CSA functional rating scale and clinical rating scale within the group to compare difference is statistically significant(P<0.01),comparative differences between the two groups have statistical significance(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,two groups of Basilar Artery Vs,Vd,Left Vertebral Artery and Right Vertebral Artery Vs,Vd within the group to compare difference is statistically significant(P<0.01),comparative differences between the two groups have statistical significance(P<0.05).3.Safety Assessment: In the two groups were not serious adverse reaction.Conclusions:1.Two groups treatment regimen is safe and effective in treatment of CSA.2.After treatment,The observation indexes(CSA functional rating scale and clinical rating scale,TCD correlation examination): trembling manipulation at Fengchi Acupoint and Dazhui Acupoint combined with conventional massage group(Treatment group)are better than conventional massage group(Control group)。In improve of clinical symptoms and blood flow velocity of CSA,trembling manipulation at Fengchi Acupoint and Dazhui Acupoint combined with conventional massage group clinical efficacy is better.
