Screw Holding Reconstructive Technique Clinical Research For The Treatment Of Vertebral Artery Type Of Cervical Spondylosis

Background:At present, methods the clinical treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type is varied, have certain curative effect, but the overall effect is not very satisfactory. How to select the reasonable treatment scheme, effective has been plagued clinicians. Research on TCM treatment of cervical spondylosis through literature review, the clinical curative effect on nearly a year my courtyard outpatient department of orthopedics application rotation traction manipulation treatment of60cases of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis were analyzed, summarized the clinical effect and mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine rotation traction manipulation on cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type.Objective:To explore the Clinical effect and mechanism of TCM rotation traction manipulation on cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type.Method:From2011December to2012December, in60cases of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis patients visiting the outpatient department of orthopedics in our hospital, numbered sequentially patients, using random number table group,60patients were divided into treatment group, control group two groups, of which,30cases in treatment group,12cases in18cases of male. Female:age26-75years, mean (50.20+10.50) age, duration of1months to20years, with rotation traction manipulation treatment. A control group of30cases, male13cases, female17cases; age25-70years old, the average age of (52.40+12.80); the course of disease was1months to20years, the drug therapy (oral loxoprofen sodium tablets and ligustrazine hydrochloride injection for intravenous drip). Using visual analogue score and "disease of vertebral artery type cervical function evaluation scale" score, statistical analysis of index of two groups of patients before treatment, after the symptoms and curative effect.Result:Through the statistical analysis of index of two groups of patients before treatment, after the symptom and the curative effect, the treatment group:8cases were cured, accounting for26.7%; effective in12cases, accounting for40%; effective in7cases, accounting for23.3%;3cases were ineffective, the total efficiency of90%, accounting for10%. Control group:2cases were cured, accounting for6.7%; effective in9cases, accounting for30%; effective in9cases, accounting for30%;10cases were ineffective, the total efficiency of66.7%, accounting for33.3%. The two group by the total efficiency of two two, P<0.01, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:1. Use rotation traction manipulation on cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type has obvious curative effect, can be used as the first choice of treatment, especially in patients with cervical spine instability.2. Cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type especially in young patients, in addition to accept treatment, should with cervical functional exercise moderately.3. How to combine with the modern medical theory, achieve the unity of the academic and theoretical skills on the specification, pending further study.
