The Clinical Analysis Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Diabetic Kidney Disease Based On Data Mining

Objective: The clinical experience of Professor Li Mingquan in the treatment of diabetic kidney disease was analyzed by using data mining technique,and the validity and safety of syndromes were analyzed.initial evaluate its effectiveness and safety,and to provide clinical guidance for Chinese medicine treatment of d diabetic kidney disease.Methods: In this study,we used data mining technology to analyzed the medical records of diabetic kidney disease collect and summarize by Li Mingquan Professor in recent years,a total of 200 cases received 1745 diagnosis.Establishment the Excel database,usinging a frequency analysis,cluster analysis and nonparametric analysis.To explore the distribution of syndromes of diabetic kidney disease,the law of medication,initial evaluation of its effectiveness and safety.Results: 1、The distribution of symptoms,signs,tongue,pulse and syndrome of 200 cases before treatment were analyzed.The results are as follows: The frequency appears in the top 10 symptoms of edema,fatigue,nocturia,dry mouth,lumbago,backache,insomnia,dry stool,mouth pain,dizziness;The tongue is one of the top 5 is dark red tongue,pale tongue,red tongue,pale red tongue,pale tongue with scalloped edges;The top 5 of the tongue is yellow and greasy fur,thin and yellow moss,moss yellow greasy,micro thin white fur,white greasy fur micro;The first 5 pulse is the pulse is thin,the pulse is slippery,the vein is slightly slippery,the pulse is thin,the string is slippery;The first 5 syndromes are kidney qi deficiency,blood stasis and damp heat,kidney qi deficiency and blood stasis,kidney qi deficiency and damp heat,liver kidney yin deficiency and blood stasis,deficiency of both qi and Yin and blood stasis,Deficiency of kidney qi,deficiency of liver and kidney yin,deficiency of both qi and Yin,deficiency of spleen and kidney,deficiency of spleen,and deficiency of blood stasis,damp heat,turbid toxin,wind heat and rheumatic fever;The results showed that the syndrome of diabetic kidney disease in this study was in accordance with the symptoms and signs,and the characteristics of tongue vein.2、Analysis of 200 cases of prescription medication in the treatment of 1745 cases,the results are as follows: Chinese medicine is top 20 Scutellaria,astragalus root,leech,Rosa,angelica,malt,zedoary,Gorgon,Galli,rhubarb,coptis root,coix seed,Poria,Schisandra,dandelion,Rhizoma cibotii,scorpion,wind,cicada,lophatheri;Drug class 5 is tonic,astringent medicine antipyretic,blood stasis,diuresis medicine,drug digestion;The top 3 drugs(four,five flavor and meridian)are flat,cold temperature,liver and stomach kidney Camsing bitter;According to the results of cluster analysis,the 18 commonly used medicines(Rosa with Gorgon etc.)and 16 3 drug combination(Astragalus,Atractylodes,wind etc.);It shows that the use of the Li Mingquan Professor is based on the distribution of syndrome types,and is closely related to the individual characteristics of the patients.3、The curative effect of 65 cases who were followed up for more than 2 times were analyzed: Chinese medicine treatment of patients with diabetic kidney disease symptoms and signs of renal function in normal and abnormal renal function in the treatment group than before treatment significantly alleviated,the total effective rate was 73.33%,and the total effective rate was up to 76.30%,which indicated that the treatment of diabetic kidney disease with traditional Chinese medicine had a significant effect on the improvement of symptoms and signs.Before and after the 24 hours urine protein quantitative treatment(P<0.05),the effective rate of the normal renal function group was 65.71%,which indicated that the difference was statistically significant.Renal dysfunction group 24 hours urine protein,serum creatinine,glomerular filtration rate before and after treatment(P>0.05),the total effective rate were 63.33% and 53.33%,indicating that the long course in volatility,suggesting that traditional Chinese medicine treatment of diabetic kidney disease with stable renal function or preventing the progression of.Conclusion: Kidney qi deficiency and blood stasis is the most common type of diabetic kidney disease,virtual,blood stasis,damp heat is the key pathogenesis of the disease,the disease is mainly involved in the kidney,spleen and liver three dirty;Li Mingquan Professor paid attention to the use of tonic,heat and blood circulation of blood stasis drugs,and syndromes were positively correlated;The first clinical symptoms,24 hours urine protein quantitation,serum creatinine and glomerular filtration rate were analyzed.The results show that Professor Li Mingquan is effective in the treatment of diabetic kidney disease.
