The Clinical Observation Of JiaWeiBuZhongYiQi Decoction On The Treatment Of Female Urethral Syndrome (the Syndrome Of Spleen And Kidney Deficiency, Sinking Of Middle Energizer)

Purpose: The purpose of this research is to evaluate the efficacy and safty of JiaweiBuzhongYiQi decotion through the method of invigorating Spleen and Kidney,tonifying midlle Qi in the treatment of recurrent female urthral syndrome(Laolin)-the syndrome of Spleen and Kidney deficiency,sinking of middle energizer.Exploring the pharmacological effects of JiaweiBuzhongYiQi Decoction,which provides an effective method for clinical medicine in the treatment of urethral syndrome.Methods: This study according to the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine diagnostic of urethral syndrome,and in accordance with the Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnosis standard certificate,by the TCM “Spleen and Kidney deficiency,sinking of middle energizer type” of patients as the research object.To meet the conditions of the method by random,controlled clinical trials,the female patients divided into the treatment group(JiaWeiBuzhongYiQi Decoction group)and control group(Tolterodine Tartrate Sustained Release Tablets group),47 cases were observed for 4 weeks.Observe the two groups of subjects before and after treatment of TCM syndrome score,voiding diary,clinical efficacy,adverse drug reactions and other aspects of the situation.According to the data obtained in the experiment,the preliminary safety and efficacy evaluation could be made.Results: The total effectiveness of the treatment group is 75%,and the control group is 47.8%,that means the total effectiveness of the two groups is statistically significant,P<0.05.Two groups of TCM syndrome curative effect,the total effectiveness of the treatment group is 87.5%,and the control group is 60.9%,the total score of TCM syndrome in the two groups is statistically significant,P < 0.05.Comparison of single symptom score in two groups,urinary frequency,urgency,lower abdomen bulge,urinate endlessly,soreness and weakness of waist and knees,have statistical significance,P < 0.05.There is no significant difference between the two groups in the urine pain and nocturia,P > 0.05.Safety observation,there is no side effect and adverse reaction,such as skin rash,skin petechia and ecchymosis,dizziness headache,chest tightness,Excessive heat and thirst,dry mouth,dry eyes,Nervous system dysfunction,urinary retention,digestive tract reaction,etc..Conclusion: Buzhongyiqi decoction can relieve urinary tract syndrome,improve urethral syndrome patients in TCM syndrome and the quality of life of patients,compared with the effect of Tolterodine L-Tartrate Sustained Release Capsules group,Buzhongyiqi Decoction group is better than the control group,showed that treatment of female urethral syndrome is feasible,and good safety.
