Objective: To investigate the accumulation of rat with model of syndrome of dampness in middle Jiao of anaerobic glycolysis and gluconeogenesis and glucose metabolism.To reveal the partial molecular mechanism of metabolic and energy metabolic imbalance of the dampness syndrome,and the effect of the spleen and stomach on the regulation of glucose metabolism and glycolysis and glycolysis and the lactate dehydrogenase in the muscle tissue was contained in the lactate dehydrogenase in the serum and the liver tissues.The content of lactic acid dehydrogenase in liver tissue and muscle tissue was higher than that in blank group,and the lactate content in muscle tissue was lower than that of blank group.Compared with the model group,the content of lactic acid in the liver and serum increased,the content of lactic acid and pyruvic acid in the muscle decreased,the content of lactate dehydrogenase in the liver and muscle increased,and the content of lactate in the liver and muscle decreased,the content of lactic acid in the liver and muscles decreased,the content of lactic acid in the muscle,muscle and lactic acid decreased,and the lactic acid in the muscle,lactic acid,lactic
