The Establish Of Nursing Intervention Model For Agitated Behavior Of Senile Dementia Patients

ObjectTo summarize the common causes of agitation behavior in senile dementia patients,and establish a nursing intervention model for agitated behavior of senile dementia patients,based on the mature intervention mode abroad,the results of systematic evaluation of the research literature are based on content.It can provide evidences for clinical nursing practice and researches of agitated behavior in senile dementia patients.MethodSummarize the causes of the agitated behavior in senile dementia patients through literature review under the guidance of the theory of “need-drive dementia-compromised behavior model”.Retrieve relevant literatures on the agitated behavior nursing of senile dementia patients by the evidence-based method.Based on the framework of mature intervention model abroad,the nursing intervention mode of agitation behavior of senile dementia patients is preliminarily formulated through experts meeting and group discussion.Finally,establish the nursing intervention model for agitated behavior of senile dementia patients by Delphi method.ResultThis study concluded 6 aspects and 37 common causes of agitated behavior in senile dementia patients The expert authority level was 0.79,The positive coefficient of the two rounds of expert consultation were 94.44% and 100%.After two rounds of expert consultation variation coefficient was 0.00-0.23,Kendall concordance coefficient(w)was 0.168-0.296.Finally,the nursing intervention model for agitated behavior of senile dementia patients was established,consisted of model purpose,organization structure,intervention process and specific intervention content.ConclusionIn the nursing process of agitated behavior in senile dementia patients,we should first control the environment well.Secondly,we should pay attention to patients' interpersonal needs,physiological and psychological needs are effectively satisfied.At the same time,we should pay attention to the protection of patients' privacy in special activities such as bathing,changing clothes and toilets.The model established in this study is highly scientific and reliable,which can provide guidance of the clinical nursing practice for agitated behavior of senile dementia patients and provide a basis for nursing research.student: Dandan Wang(Nursing)...
