Study On Establishing The Standard For Intra-hospital Transport Of Adult Critically Ill Patients On The Basis Of Evidence-based Process And Delphi Method

Objective:The study aimed at establishing scientific and practical standard for intra-hospital transport of adult critically ill patients on the Basis of Evidence-based medicine and Delphi Method,which will provide some reference for the implementation of intra-hospital transport of adult critically ill patients and afford a gist for safety management at all levels hospital in China.Methods:Based on the precise retrieval strategy,using the Johns Hopkins level of evidence and quality evaluation method to analyze and assess literatures,items of intra-hospital transport of adult critically ill patients were summed up.Then establish a intra-hospital transport standard suitable for China's national situation after the discussion of expert group.Using Delphi method,according to the 5 Likert scale method,the initial formation of the importance and exercisable of index items were evaluated.By two rounds consultation of 50 experts which from Province of Zhejiang,the standard of intra-hospital transfer of adult critically ill patients was established,which is suitable for China's national condition.The enthusiasm coefficient of experts,the authority coefficient of experts,the coefficients of variation and the harmonization coefficient were used to examine the reliability and representation of expert consultation.Results:The 4 parts of standard for intra-hospital transport of adult critically ill patients were established,which including the organization,education,equipment and process of transport.After 2 rounds of expert consultation,the enthusiasm coefficient of experts was 98%and 91.83%(>70%).The authority coefficient of experts was 0.87 and 0.90(?0.7).The coefficients of variation of the importance of all items ranged from 0.03 to 0.24,the coefficients of variation of the manipuility of all items ranged from 0.00 to 0.27(<0.30).Conclusions:The 4 parts of standard for intra-hospital transport of adult critically ill patients were established,which including the organization,education,equipment and process of transportation.The reliability of the 2 rounds expert consultation showed that the expert consultations had good reliability and representation.
