| Objective:This topic through clinical research,elaborated to formed under the guidance of yiqi huoxue method from zinishenqisan clinical effectiveness and safety for the treatment of senile dementia.Methods:To 90 cases of qi deficiency and blood stasis type senile dementia patients were randomly divided into three groups,the experimental group 1(donepezil HCL)30 cases,experiment group 2(American ginseng powder)30 cases and experiment 3 group(zinishenqisan)30 cases.Three groups of treatment for 4 weeks as a course,treatment 2 course of treatment.Curative effect observation of three groups of cases before and after treatment the symptoms,carries on the MMES integral,ADAS-cog,ADL integral and TCM syndrome score.Statistical analysis was carried on.Results:1.The comparison group,the total curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine: experiment 1 group total effective rate was 70%,the experiment 2 groups,the total effective rate was 73.33%,experiment 3 groups total effective rate was 86.67%.After statistics analysis,the total effective rate of three group were significant difference(p < 0.05).2.Three groups before and after treatment,the MMSE scale integral,ADAS-cog scale scores and ADL scale scores,the paired t test,p < 0.05,statistically significant.3.8 weeks after treatment,the comparison group,on the MMSE scale integral,ADAS-cog scale scores and ADL scale scores,two independent samples t test,p < 0.05,statistically significant.Conclusions:The First,This clinical study showed that treated with yiqi huoxue method curative effect is distinct,qi deficiency blood stasis type senile dementia in improving TCM symptoms curative effect,safe and reliable.The second,Zinishenqisan can obviously improve the TCM syndrome score,improve patients with disturbance of consciousness and improve the self-care ability of daily life,thus ensure the quality of life of patients with,for the family and social stress,for further study on the clinical improve the new way of thinking. |
