Objective:This study aimed to establish by using the method of evidence-based a fall in the scientific, objective and comprehensive management model, to find out more efficient interventional strategies that suited the fall management in our country, so as to provide the guidance of more scientific and objective advice for fall management in the clinical setting, and improve the effectiveness of preventing inpatients stumbling.Method:Based on the literature review and performance evidence-based theory, Evidence on fall prevention in the hospital was appraised and synthesized by a systematic review and a content analysis a preliminary fall management model was established through group discussion, and uses the Delphi method to localization of the prevention strategies in the management model. Finally it is concluded that Zhejiang province fall prevention strategy of management model. The reliability and representativeness of expert consultation were tested using parameters such as experts positive coefficient, authoritative coefficient, coefficient of variation, and coordination factor. Result:A fall management model was established, which included54prevention strategies of falling within the four parts of assessment, planning, intervention, and management. The positive coefficient of the two rounds of expert consultation was93.75%and100%, respectively, while the authoritative coefficient was0.86and0.86(>0.7). The coefficient of variation was0.00-0.24regarding the importance of each prevention strategy after two rounds of expert consultation, and the coefficient of variation for operability was0.04-0.30.Conclusion:A fall management model of Zhejiang Province was established, which included4parts of54prevention strategies, and the level and quality of evidence for each strategy were determined. The positive coefficient, authoritative coefficient, and coefficient of variation all indicated high representativeness and reliability of expert consultation.
