Analysis Of The Current Situation Of Communication And Humanistic Care Of Clinical Medical Students

ACGME points out that the abilities of communication and humanistic care is the core of future physicians necessary ability.The United States,Britain and other developed countries started early to the medical students' communication ability and humanistic care ability evaluation and assessment.In 2015,China began to reform and integrate the assessment of the communication skills and humanistic care ability of clinical medical students into the OSCE.Although reformed in the test form and content,but what exactly is standardized patient to evaluate medical students or the examiner to evaluate its good still in discussions.There is no comprehensive understanding of the current situation and influencing factors of Chinese clinical medical students' communication ability and humanistic care ability.This paper uses the data of clinical skills examination in 2016,the study of standardized patients and the examiner grading consistency,using the questionnaire survey analysis of the examiner to test methods of recognition,to prove the validity of the examination and test of scientific nature.Analysis in communication ability and humanistic care ability scores,further study on the present situation and the influencing factors,so as to provide theoretical basis for the medical humanities education reform,for the combination of clinical practice and medical humanities better to lay the foundation.After study,three conclusions are drawn: The evaluation method of communication ability and humanistic care ability of clinical medical students is scientific and effective;At present,the communicative ability and humanistic care ability of Chinese clinical medical students are generally better,some aspects still need to be strengthened.Communication skills and humanistic care are mutually reinforcing.Communication skills are the means of humanistic care.
