Objective:This article investigates the current status of medical students' ability to communicate with doctors,and analyzes the demographic characteristics of medical students(gender,student source,school system,number of internships,doctor-patient communication experience),and engages in doctor-patient relationship beliefs,perceptual behavior control,and doctors.Medical behavior protection,doctor-patient communication attitude,subjective norms,doctor-patient communication intentions,professional ethical awareness,peers,and superior influence on medical students' ability to communicate with doctors,in order to strengthen the education of doctor-patient communication in medical colleges and improve the doctor-patient communication ability of medical students,it lays the foundation for building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.Method:The use of literature research to systematically search for relevant literature on medical and patient-to-patient communication skills provides a theoretical basis and methodological reference for this study.Through the questionnaire survey method,the students of a major clinical medicine major in a certain university are taken as the research object and taken as whole.In the group sampling method,370 questionnaires were distributed and 355 valid questionnaires were collected.The "Medicine Students Communication Ability Scale" and "Medicine Students Communication Behavior Influencing Factors Scale" were used as survey tools.The survey contents included medical students' general information,doctor-patient communication skills,and doctor-patient communication influence factors.The database was established through Epidata 3.0,data was entered in double,and statistical software SPSS20.0 was used to analyze the data.Descriptive statistics were used for medical students' general data,and t-tests and variance analysis were used to compare the ability of doctors and patients to communicate with different demographic characteristics.The correlation between doctor-patient communication behavior factors and doctor-patient communication skills was analyzed,and the doctor-patient communication skills were analyzed.Multiple linear regression analysis of the influencing factors.Results:1.The overall score of doctor-patient communication ability of the 355 medical students surveyed was(157.74±24.92).After the percentage conversion,the total score of doctor-patient communication was.The overall level of doctor-patient communication skills was good.The scores from all dimensions were ranked high to low for interaction and consensus,transmission and collection of information.Ability,expressive ability,experience feeling and feedback ability,confirming information ability,doctor-patient communication attitude and service ability.2.In medical student communication behavioral factors scores,medical students engaged in the doctor-patient relationship belief score.The highest scored item is when the patient complains to the doctor,I think the doctor should care about the patient;The score for medical behavior protection is.The highest score item is that I believe doctors' communication between doctors and patients can reduce doctors' medical disputes;the doctor-patient communication attitude score is,the pre-score high entry is that I believe doctors communicate with doctors and patients is a good thing;professional ethical recognition score,the highest score entry is that I think the doctor should keep confidential The patient's condition and personal privacy;the score of the peer's influence.The highest score item is that I think my peers or friends would think that my doctor-patient communication is a good thing;The impact score was.The highest score item was that I think the superior would expect me to have doctor-patient communication;subjective normative influence score,the highest scoring items are my views and opinions on their communication with doctors and patients;the scores of perceptual behavior control,and the highest scoring item is I can be courageously accepted Different communication challenges and problems;scores of doctor-patient communication intentions;the highest score items I would encourage peers or friends to conduct more doctor-patient communication.3.After multiple linear regression analysis,it is found that gender is the influencing factor of medical students' ability of communication between doctors and patients and various dimensions,and girls' doctor-patient communication ability is higher than that of boys;student's source is medical students' ability of communication between doctors and patients,and ability to transmit and collect information.The influencing factors,and the ability of doctors and patients in the city of medical students to communicate with students is higher than that of students in rural areas;the communication experience of doctors and patients is medical students' ability to communicate with doctors and patients,attitude and service ability,interaction and consensus building ability,and expression ability.The communication ability of medical students who confirm the influence factors of information ability and often communicate experience is higher than that of students who communicate occasionally;Perceived behavior control is the ability of medical students to communicate with doctors and patients and to transmit and collect information,attitude and service ability.The ability to interact and reach consensus,the ability to confirm information capabilities,and the stronger the degree of control of medical students' perceptions of behavior,the better their ability to communicate with doctors and patients;the belief in the relationship between doctors and patients is the ability of doctors and patients to communicate and acquire and transmit information.The factors that influence the ability,and the stronger the belief in the relationship between doctors and patients,the greater the ability of doctors and patients to communicate..Professional ethical cognitive medical students' influence on the expression ability,and the deeper professional ethical awareness,the stronger their doctor-patient communication ability.Conclusion:1.of the six dimensions of doctor-patient communication ability,the score of interaction and consensus is the highest,and the score of doctor patient communication attitude and service ability is the lowest,which needs to be further improved.2.female students have higher doctor-patient communication ability than boys,and medical students who born to cities have higher medical and patient communication ability than those in rural areas.The communication ability of medical students who often experience the communication experience of doctors and patients is higher than that of medical students who occasionally have the experience of doctor-patient communication.3.the relationship between doctor-patient relationship belief,perception behavior control,doctor's medical behavior guarantee,doctor-patient communication attitude,subjective norm,doctor-patient communication behavior intention,professional ethics cognition,peer,higher level and medical students' communication ability were positively correlated.4.the factors affecting the communication ability of medical students include gender,place of life,communication experience of doctors and patients,control of perception behavior,belief in doctor-patient relationship,and professional ethics cognition.
