The Relationship Of Atherosclerotic Postcirculatory Ischemia Vertigo With SCD40L、MFG-E8、Lp-PLA2

Objective:This study aims to analyze the levels of sCD40 L,MFG-E8,Lp-PLA2,and in the sera of patients with vertigo,and to provide useful factors and biomarkers for the diagnosis and treatment of posterior circulation ischemia vertigo caused by atherosclerosis.Methods:128 patients were divided into Posterior circulation ischemic vertigo group(84 cases)and non-posterior circulation ischemic vertigo group(44 cases),according to the medical history and results of CT,MRI,TCD and CTA,The health examination group was selected as the control group(40 cases).Their serum levels of Lp-PLA2,sCD40 L and MFG-E8,total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),apolipoprotein B(apoB)and homocysteine(HCY)were detected and compared.Analyzed the diagnostic value and correlation of serum levels of sCD40 L,MFG-E8,Lp-PLA2 with posterior circulation ischemia vertigo caused by atherosclerosis.Result:(1)The levels of serum sCD40 L,MFG-E8 and Lp-PLA2 in the posterior circulation ischemia vertigo group were higher than those in the non-posterior circulation ischemic vertigo group and the normal control group.(P < 0.05),and There was no significant difference between the non-posterior circulation ischemic vertigo group and the normal control group(P>0.05).(2)There was a positive correlation between serum sCD40 L,MFG-E8 and Lp-PLA2 levels(r=0.246,0.370,0.350,p<0.05).(3)sCD40L,MFG-E8 and Lp-PLA2 are positively correlated with LDL-C,TG and HCY,negatively related to HDL-C,and are not related to LP(a)or PLT.Conclusion:(1)sCD40L,MFG-E8 and Lp-PLA2 are the inflammatory pathogenic factors of atherosclerosis,and are involved in the pathogenesis of posterior circulation ischemia vertigo caused by atherosclerosis.(2)There is a positive correlation between the three factors of sCD40 L,MFG-E8 and Lp-PLA2,and the interaction between the three factors may affect the occurrence and development of the posterior circulation ischemia vertigo caused by atherosclerosis.(3)The concentrations of sCD40 L,MFG-E8 and Lp-PLA2 in serum of patients with circulatory ischemic vertigo after atherosclerosis were increased,it suggests that it may be a basis for antidiastole of BPPV and menil’s syndrome.
