Objective: Mild cognitive dysfunction is an unstable transition between normal aging and dementia.Patients at this stage have cognitive impairment that is higher than their age,and the ability to daily life is not affected,There is cognitive dysfunction and can not reach the diagnostic criteria for dementia, which in a very short period of time can develop into dementia [1].And all can treat dementia clinical drugs are different degrees of damage to the human body [2].Therefore,in the stage of mild cognitive dysfunction, active control of risk factors, early detection, early intervention,to improve the quality of life of patients with mild cognitive dysfunction is of great significance. In this study, human plasma lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2)was used to assess the risk of mild cognitive impairment;to explore the risk factors of mild cognitive dysfunction;to study the relationship between the level of Lp-PLA2 and mild cognitive impairment.Method: A retrospective study was conducted in 100 patients(study group)with mild cognitive impairment in hospitalized patients in Shaanxi Provincial People ’s Hospital from May 2016 to December 2016,and 100 healthy subjects in the same period(control group).Mo CA scores were scored for all patients with mild cognitive impairment and healthy subjects, respectively, compared to Lp-PLA2 activity.Patients with mild cognitive impairment were examined by the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(Mo CA)within 3 days of admission and the Mo CA scores were counted.Detection the levels of Lp-PLA2 in patients with mild cognitive impairment and healthy subjects.Record the age, sex, stroke history, education history, smoking history, alcohol history, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, coronary heart disease, triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),Low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)in patients with mild cognitive dysfunction.Analyze the correlation between the levels of Lp-PLA2 and all the indexes.Analyze the correlation between the levels of Lp-PLA2 and the Mo CA score.Data were analyzed and analyzed by SPSS 22.0 software,P <0.05 was statistically significant.Result: 1.There was a negative correlation between the Lp-PLA2 level and the Mo CA score(r =-0.62,P <0.05).2.The Lp-PLA2 level in the patients with mild cognitive impairment was significantly higher than that in the healthy control group(P <0.05),and the higher the Lp-PLA2 level, the higher the Mo CA score low.3.Patients with mild cognitive impairment were 64% male and 36% female, and Lp-PLA2 levels in male patients were significantly higher than those in female patients(P <0.05).male patients with Mo CA score Significantly higher than female patients, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).4.In the study group, the Lp-PLA2 of the patients with the education years of > 12-year were more than ≤12 years, but the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).The Mo CA scores of patients in > 12 years were significantly higher than those in ≤12 years. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).5.There was a correlation between Drinking history, history of stroke, history of diabetes and mild cognitive dysfunction.History of hypertension, history of coronary heart disease,LDL,HDL,TG and TC were not associated with mild cognitive impairment.6.There was a positive correlation between HDL and Mo CA scores(r=0.165,P=0.02),There was a negative correlation between age、Lp-PLA2 and Mo CA scores(r =-0.403,P=0.00;r =-0.413,P=0.00);and LDL,TG,TC and Mo CA score had no correlation.7.Lp-PLA2 is an independent factor in the occurrence of mild cognitive dysfunction. Conclusion: 1.Lp-PLA2 is associated with mild cognitive dysfunction, the higher the level of Lp-PLA2,the more serious the mild cognitive dysfunction.2.The incidence of males in patients with mild cognitive dysfunction is higher than that of females.3.The age of education in patients with mild cognitive impairment>12 years of Mo CA score should be significantly higher than ≤12 years of patients.4.HDL and Mo CA scores were positively correlated,age、Lp-PLA2 and Mo CA scores were negatively correlated.5.Lp-PLA2 is an independent factor in the occurrence of mild cognitive dysfunction.
