The Effect Of Community Health Education On The Prevention And Treatment Of Diabetic Patients

Objective:Researching the community health education intervention for type 2 diabetes,and to evaluate the effect of community health education on self control effect of type 2 diabetes,and to explore the influencing factors on the effect of community health education intervention,and to give advice.Methods:A total of 173 diabetic patients were selected in a community health service center,which were randomly divided into 86 patients in the intervention group and 87 in the control group.The control group was taken with the original management mode.The intervention group was taken to strengthen the community health education.The process for the intervention was three months.After 3 months,we investigated the knowledge about diabetic health,health behavior and metabolic indicators.We compared the difference between the two groups in terms of diabetes knowledge,health behavior and metabolic indicators,and evaluated the effect of intervention.The use of Excel to establish a database data entry information,using SPSS22.0 for data processing and analysis,measurement data using t test,count data using χ2 test.Results:(1)After health education intervention,the diabetes knowledge of the intervention group was significantly better than the control group,the fraction of health behavior on self learning,diet control,regular exercise,administration,blood glucose monitoring,foot care and treatment of blood glucose level was compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)After the intervention of health education,FBG,2hPBG,TC and HbAlc of the intervention group were better than those of the control group.The difference of TG between the intervention group and control group was not statistically significant(P>0.05),but the absolute value decreased.There was no significant difference in SBP and DBP between the two groups(P>0.05).(3)Occupation,BMI,course of disease,marriage and control of blood glucose are factors affecting the effect of community health intervention.The effect on diabetic health knowledge cognition and health behavior intervention after health education is better in patients with labor and human occupation,low BMI,less than 5 years,married state and good blood glucose control.The patients with labor and human occupation and low BMI have better effect on blood glucose control after health education.Conclusion:The results show that community health education has a significant effect on the self-control effect of patients with type 2 diabetes.The intervention effect is good,and the effect is better than the traditional health education mode.Strengthening community health education can improve the self-control ability and self-management level of patients with type 2 diabetes,and play a positive role in diabetes control.It is worth promoting in the community.
