Objective:Scar treatment is the beauty industry,a higher degree of concern topic,the current methods for the treatment of scar more,micro plasma treatment and compound betamethasone combined with fluorouracil treatment is the clinical commonly used method.Micro plasma beam is a special technology that can penetrate skin tissue and rearrange skin cells by micro stripping technology.It has high controllability and will not affect normal tissue.This paper mainly discusses the clinical effect and safety of the micro plasma technology and compound betamethasone combined with fluorouracil in the treatment of hypertrophic scar.Method:This study is a retrospective study and it selected 34 patients between January 2016 and January 2017 met the study criteria,and it is divided into micro plasma treatment group and compound betamethasone in the treatment group according to the different treatments,17 cases in each group.Micro beam plasma treated by micro plasma technology to treat scar;compound betamethasone group received injection of compound betamethasone combined with fluorouracil treatment,according to the different scar area,different ages,different scar respectively in groups of treatment data were analyzed,and the patients were VSS score before and after treatment and through the scale to reflect the treatment effect.After treatment,the satisfaction of the patients was followed up and the side effects before and after treatment were investigated.Result:Different age groups showed that the ion beam treatment group in each age group the effective rate was 100%,100%,88.88%,the effect of two-way data on an ordered list of the rank sum test for statistics,X~2=0.172,P=0.852>0.05,inspection standards for a=0.05,so that each age groups were no significant difference;compound betamethasone the treatment group in each age group the effective rate was 100%,80%,87.5%,the effect of two-way data on an ordered list of the rank sum test for statistics,X~2=0.162,P=0.774>0.05,inspection standards for a=0.05,so that each age group were no significant difference in efficacy.Different grouping scar area the results showed that the correlations between ion beam treatment group and the curative effect analysis of scar area,X~2=9.75,P=0.032,and P<0.05 inspection standards for a=0.05,so that between the three groups after treatment were statistically significant,there is a certain correlation between the effect and the treatment of scar area,scar area in the treatment of patients with 10cm~2 following effect significantly better than the other two groups;correlation between the area and the curative effect of compound betamethasone group scar analysis,X~2=9.37,P<0.05 0.028,so the inspection standards for a=0.05,so that between the three groups after treatment was statistically difference,has certain correlation effect and the treatment of scar area,scar area in the treatment of patients with 10cm2 following effect significantly better than the other two groups.Different grouping scar parts the results showed that the ion beam treatment group scar mainly in the neck,limbs and trunk,the total effective rate was 100%,100%,80%,using Walis rank sum test was used for statistical analysis of the difference between the treatment effect of different parts of the scar,the statistical results of Hc=8.225,p=0.024,according to a=0.05 standard,that effect the diseased part there was significant difference between the different;compound betamethasone the treatment group scar mainly in the neck,limbs and trunk,the total effective rate was 100%,83.33%,80%,using the Walis rank test for statistical analysis of the differences between the treatment effect of different parts of the scar,the statistical results of Hc=8.117,p=0.036,=0.05 in accordance with the alpha level,presumably efficacy of diseased parts there were significant differences in the different.Micro plasma treatment groups of patients before the average score was 7.6±2.6points,after treatment score was 5.1±1.9;compound betamethasone group before treatment,the average score is 7.4±2.9,after treatment score was 6.1±2.1.Compound betamethasone group after treatment,the emergence of the body hormone disorder related symptoms,so this kind of medicine has obvious side effect,therapeutic effect and micro plasma equivalent.Conclusion:Effect of micro plasma treatment and compound betamethasone treatment is similar,but the operation of compound betamethasone is difficult,and the side effects after treatment is large,the micro plasma treatment has high security,is worth popularizing in clinical use.
