| Objective:Research on the clinic effectuality of combination Compound Betamethasone Injection and 5-Fluorouraci I on Keloid. Methods:We searched of the keywords about Compound Betamethasone Injection, 5-Fluorouracil, and keloid from CNKI, Wan Fang Date, VIP, Pubmed, Medline and Springer to get the Randomied controlled trials(RCTs)of the effectuality of combination Compound Betamethasone Injection and 5-Fluorouracil on Keloid. The researches were updated on December, 2015. The methodological quality of the jncluded studies was evaluated,and date analyses were performed using the Cochrane Collaboration 7S software Rev Man 5.3.5. Results:A total of 6 RCTs involving 1069 patients with keloid which the experimental group include 571 patients and they took the combination of Compound Betamethasone Injection and 5-Fluorouracil, and the control group, include 498 patients and their treatment only with the Compound Betamethasone Injection. The descriptive analysis of the results was presented:Compared with the cure rate, there is a statistically significant difference(P<0.00001) between the experimental group and the control group, and the experimental group’s is better than the control group. Compared with the effective rate, there is a statistically significant difference(P<0.0001) between the experimental group and the control group, and the experimental group’s is better than the control group. Compared with the noneffective rate, there is a statistically significant difference(P=0.01<0.05) between the experimental group and the control group, and the experimental group’s is better than the control group. Conclusion:The results showed us that treatment of keloids by combination of Compound Betamethasone Injection and 5-Fluorouracil are more curative effect than just the one of them. |
