Objectives:On-site first-aid knowledge and skills of non-medical staff in communities of Changchun were studied through the questionnaires,to understand the status and willingness of training on first-aid knowledge and skills of non-medical staff in Changchun,aim to analyze the influencing factors,and then puts forward countermeasures and suggestions,to provide suggestions for the first aid training for relevant departments to carry out standardization the public.Methods:From April to Mary,2017,a questionnaire was conducted on 1600 community residents in 16 residential districts of 16 communities in Changchun.The questionnaire was designed by self-designed first-aid knowledge and skills questionnaire.It was composed of 3 parts,7 basic dimensions,50 basic test questions and willingness of trainning.The EpiData3.1 software is used to establish the database,and the data is analyzed using the SPSS23.0 statistical software.The percentage,mean and standard deviation were used to analyze the general data.Chi square test was used to analyze the correlation factors(=0.05)of the first-aid knowledge and skills of non-medical staff.Results:1.The objective test scores of 1368 non medical staff in Changchun were(33.13 ±9.75),which the passing rate was 41%.The first aid telephone dimension pass rate is the highest,and the first aid dimension pass rate of heartbeat respiratory arrest is the lowest.2.There was no significant difference in the passing rate of the total score of the field first aid knowledge and skill.3.The differences in the total score of the first aid knowledge and skill score in different age groups were statistically significant.4.The difference of the total score of the first aid knowledge and skill score of the different occupational survey subjects was statistically significant.5.The differences in the total score of the first aid knowledge and skill score were statistically significant.6.There was no significant difference in the passing rate of the total score of the first aid knowledge and skill.7.There was no significant difference in the passing rate of the total score of the first aid knowledge and skills.8.The differences in the total score of the first-aid knowledge and skill score were statistically significant.9.Of the respondents,30.70% received related training,76.39% were willing to receive related training,and 71.42% believed that public training in medical staff had an important role in public training.Conclusions:1.The level of first-aid knowledge and skills of non medical staff in Changchun is low and needs to be improved.2.The age,occupation,educational level and training experience have an impact on the level of first-aid knowledge and skills of non medical staff.3.The training rate of first-aid knowledge and skills for non-medical staff in Changchun is low.but non-medical staff have high willingness to learn and train,and also believes that medical staff play an important role in related training.4.Cities should strengthen community residents' on-site first-aid knowledge and skills training through acceptable ways and forms,and play an important role in medical staff.
