nor inflammation.The incidence of the disease is 40%in women of childbearing age,accounting for 70-80%of all breast diseases.The main pathogenesis of Western medicine is hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis imbalance,which is also related to age,frequency of production,mood and lifestyle.This disease belongs to the category of milky disease of traditional Chinese medicine.At present,it is mainly vitamins A,B6,E as a supplementary treatment of breast hyperplasia,Severe hyperplasia or discharge can have a surgical treatment,but the recurrence rateh is hig.At present,Chinese medicine for the treatment of this disease,often used oral administration,acupuncture,sticking,electrotherapy,variety of methods,clinical effect is remarkable.Purpose of study:Professor Xie Jian Guo thinks that women take liver as innate,kidney is the responsibility of the Chong Ren,for the treatment of breast hyperplasia,he often starts with liver and kidney,to relieve the stagnation of the liver,fill the kidney and fill the essence,and regulate the Chong Ren to establish the treatment method,and applies Ju Hua Jie Yu Fang to treat the disease,the effect is outstanding.The purpose of this study is to explore the clinical efficacy of Ju Hua Jie Yu Fang on the treatment of hyperplasia of Liver depression and kidney empty-type and to provide an objective basis and clinical significance for the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary gland by Chinese medicine.Methods:From October 2016 to December 2017,60 patients with mammary gland hyperplasia who were treated and followed up strictly according to the requirements were observed in the clinic of TCM experts of the First affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University.The patients were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table method,30 cases each.The treatment group was administered orally with Ju Hua Jie Yu Fang,1 days,1 doses,morning and evening.The control group was orally administered with Ru Zengning capsules,4 capsules each time,3 times a day.Treatment time 1 month for a course of treatment,two groups were taking 2 courses.By observing the changes of the degree of breast pain,the size of the breast lumps,the TCM syndrome integral efficacy of the three indicators to compare the two groups of patients before and after treatment efficacy differences.And through clinical examination,analysis,induction,summing up the syndrome differentiation and treatment characteristics of mentors to treat this disease and explore the clinical application experience of Ju Hua Jie Yu Fang.Results:1.Therapeutic comparison:The treatment group of 30 treated with Ju Hua Jie Yu Fang,the total effective rate was 86.7%;30 patients in the control group by taking Ru Zengning capsules,the total effective rate was 46.7%,by non-parametric test,P=0.001,P<0.01,the two groups have significant differences in the overall effect of treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group.2.The comparison of breast pain,lumps and TCM syndromes:Before treatment,the P values were both>0.05 in treatment group and control group in terms of age and other general information,the degree of breast pain,the size of breast lumps,the texture of breast and TCM syndrome points,there is no statistical difference.For the above spects,before and after treatment within the treatment group and before and after treatment within the control group,*P values were both<0.01,there was a statistically significant difference and it shows that the two groups of drugs are effective in the treatment of pain,lump and syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine.After treatment,the treatment group and the control group in the above aspects were compared between groups(~△P<0.05),It can be seen that Ju Hua Jie Yu Fang has more advantages than Ruzengning capsule in reducing breast pain,reducing the size of the lump,softening the texture of the lump and improving the syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine.Conclusion:Xie,s Ju Hua Jie Yu Fang is more flexible and accurate in the treatment of Hyperplasia of Mammary Glands after modified by clinical syndrome differentiation.It can obviously alleviate the degree of breast pain,reduce the number and duration of pain,reduce the area of the lump and even eliminate the lump.The clinical effect of Jia Wei Ju Hua Jie Yu Fang is remarkable,the side effect is less,and the recurrence rate is low,so it is worth popularizing and applying in clinic. |
