Object: Through the analysis of the characteristic of the Incidence of Hyperplasia ofMammary Glands,to confer the relevance of Incidence and The syndrome type oftraditional Chinese Medicine of HMG. Method:Choose432cases of the patients of HMGby chance,and divided them into3groups:171cases of Syndrome of liver depression and qistagnation,122cases of Phlegm and blood stasisand139cases of Syndrome/pattern ofdisharmony of thoroughfare and conception vessels，file the questionnaire of incidience, byusing analysis of variance, rank sum test, Logistic regression analysis of the statisticalmethods, make reliminary study of the age of onset、the profession、the educationalbackground、marital status、the number of births、times of induced abortion、sucklingperiod、Age of menarche、menstrual cycle、menstrual period、course of disease、Pastmedical history of Breast disease and Gynecological diseases,and screen the optimalindicators to judging the type. Results: Logistic regression analysis, the optimal regressionequation selected the age of onset、marital status、suckling period、 Past medical historyof Breast disease and Gynecological diseases,on HMG contribution of large optimizationindex. Conclusion: The age of onset、marital status、suckling period、Past medical historyof Breast disease and Gynecological diseases with syndromes closely related to modernmedicine to be validated as a measure of lower extremity of Hyperplasia of MammaryGlands reference to Differentiation index.
