Investigation On Level Of Disease Control In Outpatients With Asthma And Analysis Of Correlation Factors

Objective The purpose of this study is to investigate the disease control condition of adult bronchial asthma patient,and analyze the correlation factors in a tertiary hospital in Shenzhen,to provide references for hospital to carry out continuity nursing and prevention of asthma disease.Method Through the literature review related asthma disease epidemiology,asthma disease control situation literature to analyze valuable content and the questionnaire survey tool,to build the rationale for this article.This research adopts convenience sampling,selecting asthma patien who conforms to the selected standard from January,2017 to May,2017 in Shenzhen outpatien hospital.By consulting the law and the expert to determinate research variable and the corresponding measuring tool,in this research the dependent variable is asthma control level(ACT grading meter),the forecast variables are:demography and disease correlation data(independently develop questionnaire),asthma patient disease knowledge grasping situation(asthma patient disease knowledge questionnaire),asthma patient medicine inspiration technology grasping situation(Shi Zhihui’s inspiration technical standard).Use above questionnaires to investigate related present situation,and divide the patient into the baseline group and not the baseline group,useing the chi-square test to analyze the relevance between patient common material,disease data,disease knowledge and the inspiration technology with the asthma control level.Result 1.Asthma patient ACT grading,asthma knowledge grasping situation and inspiration technology grasping situation 1.1 Patient asthma disease control level present situation The ACT average score is 18.36±1.55,with 134 examples of baseline group,and 126 examples of not baseline group.1.2 asthma knowledge grasping situation The average score is 16.26±1.23,with 13 examples get score of 25.Only 2 examples get perfect score in treatment and condition monitor.1.3 inspiration technology grasping situation Only 10 get perfect score,indicate the whole grasping situation is unsatisfactory.2.Analyze correlation between asthma patient common material,disease data,asthma knowledge grasping situation,inspiration technology situation and disease control level 2.1Correlation between asthma patient common material and disease control level The results showed that there were significant differences in the professional situation and the marital situation,P< 0.05,other variables have not obvious relevance,P> 0.05.2.2 Correlation analysis between disease datas and disease control level The results showed that the patient’s disease material is closely linked to asthma patient’s control level,there has statistics significance in whether clear asthma allergy,whether has the allergic history,whether has the concomitance disease,whether smoking,whether is hospitalized because of asthma,the first age,the Fe No value and whether uses asthma diary,P< 0.01,but there has no statistics significance in whether has the heredity medical history,whether has the seasonal characteristic,whether has the smoking history,what medicine present uses and how long has the disease,P> 0.05.2.3 Correlation analysis between disease knowledge grasping situation and disease control level The patient grasps good knowledges in disease essence and the predisposition,two groups have no obvious difference P> 0.05,but in the treatment and condition monitor aspects,the difference have statistics significance,P< 0.05.2.4 Correlation analysis between inspiration technology grasping and disease control level In 148 patients who use derby inspiration installment,there have statistics significance in step 1,step 2 and step 3,P< 0.05;but have no statistics significance in step 4,step 5 and step 6,P> 0.05.In 112 patients who use seretide installment,have no statistics significance in the step 1,step 2,step 3,step 4,and step 6,P> 0.05,but have statistics significance in the step 5,P<0.05.Conclusion This findings indicated that,asthma patient’ disease control level has still not achieved the perfect condition;Asthma patient’s control level is related to professional situation,disease material,asthma knowledge grasping situation,and the inspiration technology grasping situation;Therefore we should pay attention to patient’s occupation,their marital situation,disease situation,disease knowledge and the inspiration technology grasping situation,enhance patient’s self-consciousness and formulate reasonable plan,to raise disease control level.
