Objective: To explore the compliance and control of inhaled glucocorticoid drugs in patients with bronchial asthma in ning xia area;To effectively monitor the influencing factors and correlation between compliance and control of asthma patients.Provide reference for asthma prevention and control and clinical treatment in ning xia area. Methods: A total of 122 patients with bronchial asthma diagnosed in the General Hospital of ning xia Medical University from April 2014 to April 2018 were selected as the research subjects. After obtaining the patient’s informed consent,a questionnaire was conducted. The questionnaire included: general patient data survey,asthma-related knowledge,Inhalation technique mastery, body mass index, pulmonary function measurement,Hamilton Depression Self-Assessment Scale(SDS)and Anxiety Self-Assessment Scale(SAS),Asthma Control Scale(ACT),Medication Compliance Scale(MARS-A).Results:(1)The mean compliance score of patients with bronchial asthma was 15.64 ±2.679,which was in the middle level.Single factor analysis showed: asthma staging, course of disease, smoking, secondhand smoke, air pollution in your place of residence, diet or drug allergies, regular review,self-stop medication after symptom relief, vitamin D supplementation, remission mode, regular follow-up,drug inhalation technology master Medication management methods, body mass index, rhinosinusitis, mental status, and OSHAS are factors that affect poor compliance(P <0.05).The results of multi-linear stepwise regression analysis show that: the control of drug inhalation technology and OSHAS have an influence on the compliance of asthma patients.Among them, the control of drug inhalation technology has the greatest influence on the compliance of asthma patients.(2)The mean value of total control score of bronchial asthma patients is 13.36 ± 4.642 points, which is in the lower middle level.Univariate analysis showed: predisposing factors, course of disease, stage of asthma, relief methods,smoking,second-hand smoke, vitamin D supplementation, diet or drug allergies, air pollution in residence,self-stopping after symptom relief, regular outpatient review, mastery of asthma knowledge,Master of medicine inhalation technology, determination of lung function,doctor-patient relationship, convenience to see a doctor, body mass index, rhinosinusitis, mental state,OSHAS are factors that affect asthma control. The results of multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that the precipitating factors, the mastering of drug inhalation technology, the duration of the course, and vitamin D supplementation had an effect on the control of asthma patients, among which the mastering of drug inhalation technology had the greatest influence on asthma patients.(3)Using Pearson correlation analysis,it was concluded that bronchial asthma compliance was positively correlated with control status(P <0.05).Conclusion:(1)The compliance of inhaled glucocorticoids in patients with bronchial asthma is at a medium level, and the poor compliance of asthma is affected by a variety of factors. To improve the medication compliance of patients with bronchial asthma,it is necessary to strengthen the patients awarenss of inhaled techniques, encourage them to take exercise, reduce weight appropriately, and improve their quality of life.(2)The control status of inhaled glucocorticoids in patients with bronchial asthma is at a medium to low level, which still fails to reach the ideal goal of GINA.Moreover,it is affected by a variety of factors. The prevention and control of bronchial asthma should be done according to the risk factors in clinical work, and protective measures should be actively carried out to improve the control status of bronchial asthma in patients.(3)The main reason for inhaled corticosteroid dependence and control of bronchial asthma is the mastery of inhaled technique.(4)Compliance and control of bronchial asthma affect each other, and good compliance can improve the control of asthma.
