| Objective Bronchial asthma is controllable, preventable disease,to determine therisk factors for the onset of help reduce asthma acute attack, the standardized treatmentcan improve the level of asthma control.This study through the questionnaire surveyform to know big cure2hospital outpatient service disease risk factors in patients withasthma and make a diagnosis and give treatment, for future better asthma preventionand control measures, improve the level of asthma control.Methods Choose between January2013and March2013in the second affiliatedhospital of dalian medical university (hereinafter referred to as big cure2hospital)respiratory outpatient clinics of84cases of patients with asthma and asthma.Patientswere accord with GINA guidelines in2008and2011China asthma prevention andtreatment of bronchial asthma diagnosis standard of the development of theguidelines.By large medical doctor2hospital outpatient clinic and asthma breathing byface to face questionnaire survey form, use plain speech, survey the onset of asthma andthe treatment situation, etc.Questionnaire content including:1. Patients basicinformation: name, sex, weight, occupation, duration and medical conditions, etc.;2.The basic situation of asthma: in the past1year outpatient follow-up and treatment,etc.3. The control of Asthma, including (1)2011Asthma prevention initiatives in theworld (Global Initiative for Asthma, GINA) Asthma control level set method;(2) theasthma control test (ACT) scores.Questionnaire survey, the questionnaire content maynot vacant, completed84survey.Using SPSS17.0software for statistical analysis.Results1, the related risk factors for asthma:(1) the host factors: high rates offemale patients,35cases of men and women in49cases, male to female ratio of1:1.4.80.95%of patients with a history of allergic disease and family history, includingallergic rhinitis were accounted for47.62%.(2) environmental factors: give priority towith dust mites allergens (62.5%).Smoking patients (20.24%).Temperature changes (50%), infection (46.43%) and soot (39.29%) of the triggers before3.Cities and suburbspatients (88.09%) than the rural (11.90%).2, lung function:57cases (67.86%) patientswith the lung function.3, use ICS+LABA specification treatment to66.67%of allsurvey of patients.,4patients self-assessment part control and complete control of70.24%, but theACT score well above the control level is only39.29%.Conclusions The pathogenesis of asthma risk factors including gender, allergicconstitution, smoking, temperature changes, such as virus infection, andsmoke.Pulmonary function testing in patients with asthma and inhaled corticosteroidtreatment rate is still low and most of the patients overestimated their own level ofasthma control. |
