The Clinical Observation Of Shugan Qingfei Docotion On Bronchiectasis With The Pattern Of Syndrome Of Live-fire Invading Lung Type

Objective:Through the observation of Shugan Qingfei decoction in the treatment of bronchiectasis,the change of pulmonary function and laboratory examination to analysis the security and effectiveness of the appliciation of Shugan Qingfei decoction and to find a way to provide a variety of safe and reliable methods in the clinical treatment of bronchiectasis.Method:80 cases patients with bronchiectasis from the nangang branch courts of Heilongjiang Sciences of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group were treated with Shugan Qingfei decoction half an hour after supper and before breakfast one day a dose and integrated with western medicine,while the matched group were treated with conventional western medicine along.All patients were given drugs for two weeks.The changes of clinical symptoms and signs,the pulmonary function test,the white blood cell count,percentage of neutrophils and c-reactive protein were observed before and after the treatment.Results:1、Curative effect:the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.9%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 87.5%,and the difference wasstatistically significant（P<0.05）.The remission time of fever symptoms in both groups was statistically significant（P<0.05）2、Pulmonary function:After treatment,comparisoned the FEV₁%pred,FEV₁/FVC within groups differences were statistically significant,P<0.05 and between two groups differences were not statistically significant,P>0.05.3、The aspect of inflammatory response markers:After treatment,comparisoned the,numeration of leukocyte,NEUT and c-reactive protein within groups differences were statistically significant,P<0.05 and between two groups differences were statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion:1、The clinical symptoms,physical signs and shortening treatment cycle of the treatment of Live-fire invading lung type of patients with pulmonary bronchiectasis are effective and significantly better than that of modern medical treatment along.2、Shugan Qingfei decoction has effect on the improvement of lung function indicators.
