Clinical Observation Of Qingfei Yigan Decoction In The Treat Ment Of Bronchiectasis Accompanied With Infection (Live-fire Invading Lung Syndrome)

Objective:We explored the clinical efficacy and safety of the treatment of bronchiectasis accompanied with infection caused by liver fire through the clinical observation of Qing lung and liver suppressing soup.Method:According to the method of scientific research,75 patients with bronchiectasis accompanied with infection who met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into 37 cases in the treatment group and 38 cases in the control group according to the principle of randomized control under the premise of developing relevant diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria,exclusion criteria,and efficacy evaluation criteria.Control group: conventional western medicine anti-infection and phlegm treatment was given.Specific regimen: levofloxacin sodium chloride injection(Yangtze River Pharmaceutical Group Co.,Ltd.,State Pharmacopoeia H19990051)0.5g once a day as an intravenous dose,while the anti-infective treatment regimen was appropriately adjusted on the basis of sputum culture and drug sensitivity results.If pathogenic bacteria were cultured in the sputum,levofloxacin sodium chloride injection was replaced with drug-sensitive antibiotics;Ambroxol hydrochloride injection(State Drug Quantifier H20150469,Shanghai Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.)30mg with 0.9% sodium chloride injection(State Drug Quantifier H20033350,Jilin Dupont Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.)100ml twice daily;Treatment Group: On the basis of the treatment of the control group,the Chinese herbal soup to clear the lung and suppress the liver was added,the soup was decocted by the decoction room of Heilongjiang Academy of Chinese Medicine on behalf of the patients,400 ml of each decoction was divided into 2 bags,1 bag was taken warmly each time(half an hour after meals in the morning and evening),and 1 dose was taken orally daily.Both groups of patients were treated for 2 weeks,and the efficacy of TCM symptoms and changes in lung function and laboratory tests were observed,and the differences before and after treatment were analyzed and compared.Results:1.efficacy analysis: after the patients in both groups received the corresponding treatment,the single symptom score,the quantitative score of main symptoms,and the total score of TCM symptoms all decreased compared with before,and the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 91.4% and77.1%,respectively,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.01)by comparative analysis,and the difference between the groups of single symptom chest pain and yellow urine was not statistically significant(P >0.05);In terms of pulmonary function and laboratory tests,FEV1%,FEV1/FVC,leukocytes,neutrophils and C-reactive protein levels improved in both groups after treatment,and the degree of improvement in the treatment group was significantly greater than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The results suggest that the treatment group has more advantages than the control group in the efficacy of treatment of bronchiectasis accompanied with infection caused by liver fire.2.Safety analysis: No adverse reactions occurred in both groups during and after treatment,and the safety indexes were within the normal range.conclusion:1.Qing lung and liver suppression soup can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms and improve the level of lung function and laboratory tests in patients with liver fire offending lung type bronchiectasis accompanied with infection.2.The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.
