| Objective:Related research literature on measuring personnel training mode of higher nursing education in China,To explore the research status quo,hot spots and development trend of personnel training mode in higher nursing education.Analysis of the existing problems in higher nursing education in China,proposed to solve the problem of talent training new policy,it provides a reference for reforming nurses training mode in ethnic regions.Methods:A computer was used to search domestic databases such as CNKI,Wan Fang,Chongqing VIP database and China Biomedical Literature Database(CBM),Search Time "2000/01/01 to 2017/12/31",download relevant research literature.Based on bibliometrics,Calculate the key words of training model of higher nursing education in our country,According to the formulas of high frequency and low frequency words,the threshold of high frequency words is determined,and finally the co-occurrence matrix and word matrix of high frequency words are made.Draw a cluster dendrogram with SPSS 22.0,draw out the strategic map coordinates according to the co-occurrence matrix and cluster analysis,and draw the visual spectrum of the high frequency keywords using UciNet6.0 software,at the same time cooperate with manual retrieval to ensure the integrity of the data.Results:(1)Final inclusion of 3,578 Chinese documents,The research on the model of talent training in advanced nursing education in China presents a trend of r apid development.The research institutions are mainly studied by Shanxi Medical University,Zhengzhou University and Second Military Medical University.Researchers are mainly university teachers,and professors Jiang Anli and Xu Guihua have the majority of the literature.Funds are funded mainly by provincial an d college-level topics;the number of journal periodicals is mostly nursing research and Chinese nursing education.(2)The results of cluster analysis show that the research on higher nursing education personnel training model involves a wide range,meets people's demand for medical care and closely follows the development of nursing specialty.The research topics are mainly concentrated in the training of specialist nursing personnel,the development of undergraduate nursing talent and advanced nursing.Three aspects of education personnel trainingConclusion:(1)Research on the talent training model of higher nursing education in our country has drawn more and more attention from the nursing profession.The development speed is faster,but the quality of research needs to be improved.The research strength comes mainly from teachers in colleges and universities.Cooperative research is the development trend in the future.Funds are funded mainly by provincial and college-level projects.There are fewer national-level to pics and the depth of research needs to be improved.(2)Domestic research focuses on specialist nursing teaching reform,personnel training,geriatric care,and community care;research on undergraduate nursing training objectives,curriculum and course system reforms,and clinical practice and teaching evaluation of nursing students;The breadth and depth of research need to be improved in terms of curriculum setting standards,discipline system construction,teaching evaluation effects,and faculty development. |
