Content: On the basis of the literature review summarizing the research on happiness,the study of happiness abroad,the difference between China and the west,theory,classification and how to measure it,Refer to domestic and international happiness measurement tools,Combining the professional characteristics of clinicians,Homemade clinicians subjective well-being questionnaire,random investigation of nanning city public 3 armour hospital clinical doctor visit,to understand the nanning city public 3 armour hospital clinical doctor the overall condition of subjective well-being.Using SPSS statistics software to analysis of the results,it is concluded that nanning city public 3 armour hospital clinicians subjective well-being level,analysis of the influence of nanning public 3 armour hospital clinicians subjective well-being,the main factors for health management department puts forward improving hospital clinical doctors subjective well-being countermeasures and Suggestions.Objective: To investigate the subjective well-being of clinical doctors in the public sanjia hospital in nanning city,so as to understand the subjective well-being of the clinical doctors of the public sanjia hospital in nanning city.This paper analyzes the influencing factors and puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions to improve the subjective well-being of hospital doctors..Methods: According to the topic selection,the literature retrieval strategy was developed,and the literature retrieval tools such as CNKI,VIP,wan and Pub Med were used to comb the relevant happiness literature and summarize the theories of related happiness.Through the empirical method of the questionnaire to collect data,and according to the corresponding data,statistical analysis method is applied to draw a statistically significant index differences,influence factors,put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.Results: Sort out and explore the relationship between happiness and happiness,subjective well-being and psychological well-being,and the method of measuring well-being.The self-made questionnaire has reliable reliability and good validity.The empirical study shows that the general well-being level of the clinicians in the public third class hospital of Nanning is moderate,and the factors that have negative correlation with the subjective well-being of the clinicians include the sex of the clinicians,the category of the Department,the management system process,the satisfaction of salary,the relationship with colleagues,the satisfaction of working environment and the rationality of the workload arrangement.The opportunity for promotion and so on;The factors associated with the subjective well-being of the clinician were age,education,job title,working life,income,and so on.The factors affecting the low score of happiness were women,obstetrics and Gynecology,dissatisfaction of management system,dissatisfaction of salary,unharmonious relationship with colleagues,and discontent of working environment and workload arrangement.Think,feel less chance of promotion,etc.The influencing factors of high score of happiness include high age,high education,high professional title,high income and long working life.Conclusions:First,the self-made questionnaire has reliable reliability and good validity.Second,the general well-being level of clinicians in public tertiary hospitals in Nanning is relatively low.Thirdly,Demographic characteristics and job characteristics of doctors have a certain impact on their well-being level.The sex of clinicians,Department category,management system process,salary satisfaction,relationship with colleagues,job environment satisfaction,workload arrangement rationality and promotion opportunity were negatively correlated with the subjective well-being of clinicians.Age,education,professional title,working life and income were positively correlated with the subjective well-being of clinicians.Women,obstetrics and Gynecology,dissatisfaction with management system,dissatisfaction of salary,unharmonious relationship with colleagues,dissatisfaction with working environment and workload arrangement,and less opportunity for promotion are the possible factors affecting the low score of happiness.High age,high education,high professional title,high income and long working life are the possible factors that affect the score of happiness. |
