Clinician is used to regarding as a occupation filled with various of stress, such asworking load, the work high repeatability, infection disease risk, higher and higherrequirements due to the progress of medical technology and professional ability andlevel, and medical risk, all of which can make the doctor face more occupationalstress. Accurately mastering the clinician’s occupational stress state, influence factorsand other related data, to guarantee their physical and mental health, improve theservice quality, maintain social harmony, all have the important role that can not beignored. This survey to hospital of Chinese traditional medicine doctor tried toresearch the doctor’s career pressure, the doctor-patient relationship level and theirrelations, discussing the occupational stress caused by the related factors mentionedabove. This study tried to puts forward scientific data on doctor’s mental health andhealth care work, on the other hand, in reference literature at home and abroad, toprovide suggestions for modern hospital management, creating a better workingenvironment, and provide experience of theory and practice for the public healthadministrative department making policies.The study adopted ‘The clinician to work the pressure source measure’ and‘difficult doctor-patient relationship scale’, to make a sampling survey of cliniciansfrom a Beijing hospital of Chinese traditional medicine. The total of310questionnaires, recovery of301, the recovery is97.1%, and eliminated invalidquestionnaire, effective questionnaires are288, the effective rate was95.68%. All datais anylysed by SPSS13.0statistical package. For categorical data, we use theconstituent ratio or forming rate to describe. Between two or more sets of group,Using the chi-square test comparison. Measurement data is described by using mean±standard deviation. The analysis of variance analysis is used to P <0.05, two or moresets of group which is thought to be significant difference.For the professional pressure, the doctor of more than50years old is4.71, whilethe doctor of less than30years old is4.07, which has significant difference; the doctor of College degree and below is4.67, and those with masters or higher degree is3.76, which also has significant difference; The doctor working In community scoredan average of4.64, those working in the ward scored an average of3.89, there issignificant difference; Physicians scored an average of3.57, the general doctor,traditional Chinese medicine, rehabilitation department doctor scored an average of4.88, larger than before, there is significantly statistical differences.For the doctor-patient relationship, the average score of male doctor is3.55, whilewomen doctors scored3.25, there is significant difference; The doctor working incommunity scored an average of3.02, Those working in ward scored an average of3.65, there is significant difference too; traditional Chinese doctor scored only3.28,Western medicine doctor scored3.62, there is significant difference; the generaldoctor, traditional Chinese medicine, rehabilitation department doctor scored anaverage of3.06, the surgery, orthopedics doctor scored an average of3.75, larger thanthe before, there is significantly statistical differences.For the occupational satisfaction, there is no direct relation with sex, title andwork site, The doctor less than40years old is not satisfied with the present work; thedoctor with Bachelor degree and above, traditional Chinese doctor, Comprehensiverehabilitation department doctor are all not satisfied with present work.Conclusion:First, In the hospital of traditional Chinese medicine, Female doctors have betterdoctor-patient relationship.Second, different age of doctors, occupational stress is different; Along with theage growth,occupational stress has the tendency of increasing gradually, the cause ofthe increase is mainly by working load.Third, occupational stress has gradually reduce along with rise in the level ofeducation.Fourth, different working place (outpatient service, ward, community) for doctors,the professional pressure and doctor-patient relationship both have differences.Fifth, the doctors working mainly in Chinese medicine have better doctor-patientrelationship than those working mainly in western hospital.Sixth, the occupational stress and the doctor-patient relationship also havedifferences for different departmentsSeventh, occupational stress and doctor-patient relationship are positively related. Eighth, occupational stress increases, the job satisfaction decline.Countermeasures and Suggestions:The medical profession provides powerful guarantee for the people’s health, so thegovernment, the society, hospital etc. should pay full attention to the medical workers’physical and mental health.1. The government aspects: the government should pay more attention to themedical industry. They should strengthen the health talents dynamics, establish alllevels of each kind of the standardization of the physician training system, speed upimproving the medical security system.2. The hospital aspects: Hospital leadership should make a reasonable planning forfull allocation of medical personnel, scientific arrangement of courses on duty,strengthening staff technical training, providing a variety of participation in furthereducation, training, academic exchange opportunities, strengthening the education ofmedical ethics, to establish wholeheartedly service attitude to patients.3. The doctor aspects: the doctors should improve the professional knowledgelevel, the accumulation of clinical experience to work seriously and responsibly,strictly carrying out all kinds of operating rules and regulations system, have teamwork spirit, maintain good human relationship; pay attention to communication skills,approachable and affable attitude; respect and take care of patients to try to close thedoctor-patient relationship.4. Social aspects: social media should adhere to the correct orientation of publicopinion, play the full role of the popularization of scientific knowledge in thepropaganda report, and guide the masses to set up the correct health concept;otherwise, patients and their family members should have simple health knowledge,and full mental preparation for the limitations of the medical development. In theprocess of medical care, sympathized with the doctor in the work of all sorts oftrouble, and give the doctors understanding and support.
