Objective:To study the status and characteristics of subjective well-being and occupation stress for clinicians. To find subjective well-being and occupation stress in demographic characteristics under different factors, and puts forward the control occupation stress, clinicians could improve the subjective well-being of the corresponding countermeasures, in order to help hospital management departments to make scientific decisions. Method: We have selected 615 clinicians as the research object from 5 third-level grad A hospitals of Urumqi, using the method of questionnaire survey to collect the clinician in general, subjective well-being and occupation stress data. Results: The demographic characteristics of the clinician subjective well-being and occupation stress are affected respectively in different genders, age, length of service, position, education and marital status for the clinician subjective well- being, and the differences have statistical significance;the study of clinician subjective well -being overall score was located between 81-125, the mean of 105. 4(out of 175), in general levels of happiness. Subjective well-being and the tension between occupation stress was a negative correlation(P<0.01 bilateral). Conclusion:â‘ The clinicians subjective well-being with demographic characteristics were different:the clinician subjective well- being is higher in male than in female, which is also higher in unmarried compared with the married, separately;there was a " U" curve relationship between the age and subjective well-being, the clinicians subjective well-being is relatively low in 25 to 44 years;the clinicians subjective well-being is increased with academic qualifications and titles.â‘¡Demographic characteristics of the different clinicians occupational stress suggests:females are larger than males;occupation tension will increase with clinicians age and title increa -se, 45 years above got the highest occupation tension.â‘¢Subjective well-being is the occupation intense mental health effects, subjective well-being and occupation stress is negatively related to occupation, which shows the higher tension level, the lower the subjective sense of happiness.â‘£For the clinicians and the main influence factors of subjective well-being, advice for policy-makers and hospital management personnel through the establishment of human-oriented management concept, strengthen management consciousness of occupation;based on competence building of modern hospital human resources management system;design and effective performance appraisal and salary allocation scheme;pay attention to the problem of tense doctor-patient relationship, relieve the clinician working pressure s could improve the subjective sense well-being.
