The Clinical Study Of Chai Hu Wen Dan Decoction In Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris (Phlegm Blocking Heart Vessel Syndrome)

Objective:The aim of this reserach is to obverse the Chai Hu Wen Dan Decoction combined western medicine treatment of stable angina(phlegm blocking heart vessel syndrome)clinical curative effect.By comparing with pure western medicine treatment the curative effect before and after treatment,provide clinical experience and theoretical basis.Methods:All the cases come from the department of traditional Chinese medicine and cardiology.Choice of 35 to 75 years old patients with stable angina,choose according to standards dialectical for stable angina(phlegm blocking heart vessel syndrome)of the medical record.Subjects were included in 60 cases,and were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.30 cases each.Two sets of application of conventional western medicine treatment.?Aspirin enteric-coated metformin hydrochloride 100 mg,once a day.(2)Pravastatin spdium tablets 20 mg,once a day.(3)Isosorbide mononitrate,20 mg,twice a day.The treatment group used Chai Hu Wen Dan Decoction in addition.Are all made of Chai Hu Wen Dan Decoction drug free decoction granules,water a blunt to 400 ml,both treating 4 weeks.Compared two groups of cases when the drug was respectively clinical symptoms,signs and blood fat,ECG,different dosage of nitroglycerin.Confirm Chai Hu Wen Dan Decoction combined western medicine in the treatment of stable angina(phlegm blocking heart vessel syndrome)curative effect is better than the control group.Results:Clinical curative effect of TCM syndrome after treatment in both groups: the treatment group total effectiveness is 90%,and the control group total effectiveness is 53.4%.The treatment group total effectiveness 76.7%,and control group total effectiveness 63.3% Two groups after treatment in patients with nitroglycerine stop reduction rate comparison: the treatment group total reduction rate was 83.3%,and the control group total reduction rate was 56.7%;Electrocardiogram(ECG)in two groups of patients:treatment group total effectiveness 76.7%,and control group total effectiveness was 56.7%.There was significant difference(P < 0.05).Comparing two groups of patients with blood lipid indicators TG,TC,LDL,HDL before and after treatment,two groups have therapeutic effect(P < 0.05).So,Chai Hu Wen Dan Decoction can improve clinical symptoms,decrease dosage of nitroglycerin,improve blood fat levels,improve the electrocardiogram(ECG)of patients with stable angina(phlegm blocking heart vessel syndrome).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of Chai Hu Wen Dan Decoction combined western medicine is superior to treat stable sngina with phlem blocking the heart vessels than the pure western medicine treatment,and it can reduce the level of blood fat of patients with angina pectoris,which has a great application prospect in clinic.
