Clinical Efficacy Of Fu Yang Phlegm Huayu Decoction On The Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris

Objective:Evaluate the clinical efficacy of Fu Yang Phlegm in the treatment of stable angina Pectoris, and discuss the mechanism.Methods:90 stable angina Pectoris patients were selected according to the inclusion criteria from Nanping,fujian,People's Hospital, Department of Cardiology clinic and ward patients between August 2008～December 2009. Patients were randomly The control principle of 45 patients were divided into treatment group and controlled group 45 cases. The controlled group was treated with aspirin enteric-coated tablets, isosorbide mononitrate, metoprolol, fluvastatin drug.The treatment group were based on medication plus Fu Yang Phlegm Decoction on. All patients were given treatment for 4 weeks. The two groups respectively syndromes, the degree of angina, ECG changes, nitroglycerin stopped by the rate of change of blood lipid levels, safety detection compared and observed. All data were conducted using statistical software SPSS13.0 statistical analysis.Results:1. Improve syndromes:the efficiency of the treatment group was 84.44%, the efficiency of the controlled group was 64.44%, The treatment group was superior than the controlled group in Improving syndromes after treatment (P<0.05).2. Changes in symptom score of the two groups before and after treatment compared: comparison with the group itself, the two groups before and after treatment were significantly lower symptom scores, the difference was significant (all P<0.01); between the two groups, no significant difference (P> 0.05).3. Angina pectoris:the efficiency of the treatment group was 91.11%, the efficiency of the controlled group was 66.67%.two groups were significantly different (P<0.05), The treatment group was superior than the controlled group.4. two groups of Nitroglycerin stopped by conditions:The treatment group was 86.67% withdrawal rate, withdrawal rate of the controlled group 62.22%. two groups were significantly different (P<0.05), The treatment group was superior than the controlled group.5. ECG therapeutic effect:the efficiency of the treatment group was 82.22%, the efficiency of the controlled group was 55.56%, The treatment group was superior than the controlled group in Improving syndromes after treatment (P<0.05).6. Lipid levels:comparison with the group itself, the treatment group TC and LDL-C levels were significantly lower than before treatment, HDL-C level increased significantly (allP <0.01), TG levels were not significantly different (P>0.05); in the controlled group TC, TG and HDL-C level than before treatment, there was no significant difference (allP>0.05), LDL-C levels were-significantly different (P<0.01). After treatment, serum lipid levels between the two groups compared in the treatment group TC and LDL-C levels were lower than the controlled group, HDL-C levels were significantly higher, the difference was significant (allP<0.01), but there were no significant between the TG diference (p>0.05).Conclusion: Fu Yang Phlegm decoction combined conventional Western medicine can significantly imProve the clinical efficacy with stable angina Pectoris, Compared with conventional Western medicine therapy and simple, reduc blood fat levels, improve clinical symptoms and signs and increase myocardial blood supply and have a good effect. the prices are low, no significant side effects, further research should be observed.
