| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Sijunzi Decoction combined with Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction in the treatment of stable angina pectoris qi deficiency and phlegm stasis syndrome.Methods:The enrolled patients were selected from the outpatients diagnosed as stable angina pectoris qi deficiency and phlegm stasis syndrome in the Department of Cardiovascular Diseases of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2018 to October 2018.Self-controlled trials of all included patients were carried out.All patients were treated with Sijunzi Decoction combined with Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment.The treatment lasted for 3weeks.Observed the TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment,the efficacy of angina and the nitroglycerin withdrawal rate.Result:1.The efficacy of TCM syndromes:The scores of TCM syndromes of the patients after treatment were lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the effective rate of the improvement on TCM syndrome was 86.67%.2.The efficacy of angina:after treatment,the effective rate of symptom relief of angina was 83.33%.3.The efficacy of nitroglycerin withdrawal:the effective rate of nitroglycerin withdrawal was 80.00%.Conclusion:1.Sijunzi Decoction combined with Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction for the treatment of stable angina pectoris qi deficiency and phlegm stasis syndrome can effectively improve TCM syndromes.2.Sijunzi Decoction combined with Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction for the treatment of stable angina pectoris qi deficiency and phlegm stasis syndrome can relieve angina attacks.3.Sijunzi Decoction combined with Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction for the treatment of stable angina pectoris qi deficiency and phlegm stasis syndrome can reduce the use of nitroglycerin. |
