Panax ginseng C.A.Mey and Panax quinquefolium L.are well-proportioned,with large and green leaves and showy fruit.They are rare economic plant that combines medicinal use,health care,and ornamental use.The industry of Panax ginseng C.A.Mey and Panax quinquefolium L.has become one of the characteristic industries in Jilin Province,and this industry has developed into an important part of the construction of leisure touristry agriculture,rural complex and featured town.In order to make Panax ginseng C.A.Mey and Panax quinquefolium L.to enter the family and ecotourism markets,it is of great significance to screen out new foliar treating agent which is safe,effective and suitable for their growth.In this experiment,Panax ginseng C.A.Mey and Panax quinquefolium L.were used as test materials,and a full-nutrient enzyme mixture(or Enzyme for short)and 'Aoxi' peptide nucleoside chelated water-soluble fertilizer(or Aoxi for short)were used as new type foliar treating agents to explore optimal selection and spraying times for using on them.Through comprehensive analysis of the growth,physiology,and quality indicators of Panax ginseng C.A.Mey and Panax quinquefolium L.,the application technology of the treatment agents were systematically studied in order to provide technical support and theoretical guidance for the ornamental cultivation of Panax ginseng C.A.Mey and Panax quinquefolium L..And it is of positive significance for promoting the development of green sightseeing agriculture.The main results are as follows:(1)New foliar treating agents promoted the growth of 2-year-old Panax ginseng C.A.Mey and Panax quinquefolium L.,and the treatment effect of Aoxi was more obvious.There was no significant difference in plant height and leaf width between treatmenats of Enzyme,Aoxi,'Tianda Shen Bao'(CK2)on 2-year-old Panax ginseng C.A.Mey;leaf length and leaf area of 2-year-old Panax ginseng C.A.Mey.under treatment of Aoxi were higher than those of CK1 and CK2,and leaf length was respectively increased by 21.62% and 1.17%,leaf area was increased by 41.91% and 6.76% respectively.In terms of physiological indicators,compared with CK1 and CK2,Aoxi can significantly increase chlorophyll content,soluble protein content,and POD and SOD activity of 2-year-old Panax ginseng C.A.Mey.The effect of Enzyme on improving soluble sugar content was significant.There was no significant difference in the effect of four treatments on the plant height of 2-year-old Panax quinquefolium L..The leaf length,leaf width,and leaf area of Aoxi treatment were both significantly higher,and the leaf area was increased by 38.54% and 41.91% respectively compared with CK1 and CK2.In terms of chlorophyll content,soluble protein content,and POD and SOD activity,Aoxi had better promotion than Enzyme treatment.(2)The effects of new foliar treating agents on growth of 3-year-old potting Panax quinquefolium L.were significant.Among them,Enzyme treatment had significantly better effects on leaf length,leaf area,chlorophyll content,POD and SOD activity than Aoxi,and the treatments of CK3 on improving soluble sugar content was significant.The effect of increasing the sugar content was significant,and Aoxi significantly promoted the soluble protein content.In combination with various indicators and ornamental quality,the best effect of the growth of 3-year-old potting Panax quinquefolium L.was Enzyme treatment.(3)Enzyme treatment promoted the growth of 4-year-old Panax ginseng C.A.Mey obviously,the stem diameter was increased by 24.06% and 9.60%,and the leaf area was increased by 23.04% and 9.47% compared with CK1 and CK2.The chlorophyll content,soluble sugar content and POD and SOD activity was increased,soluble sugar content increased to 1.38 times and 1.19 times;POD activity increased by 28.34% and 8.48%,SOD activity increased by 35.26% and 4.08%.Comprehensive analysis of various indicators,Enzyme treatment is the best foliar treatment agent.(4)Spraying 4 times(T4)and 5 times(T5)with Enzyme better than other treatments for their growth indicators of 5-year-old Panax ginseng C.A.Mey,but there was no significant difference between T4 and T5 treatments.Analysis of underground growth indicators revealed that the output and drying rate of T4 treatment was significantly higher than other treatments.The output of the T4 was 25.44% higher than that of the control(CK4),and the drying rate was 7.38 percentage points higher.In terms of quality indicators,the total saponin content and total sugar content of T4 and T5 were higher than other treatments,but there was no significant difference between T4 and T5 treatments.In summary,spraying four times of Enzyme treatment has the best effect on Panax ginseng C.A.Mey as goods.In short,for the development of the green and characteristic leisure industry,2-year-old Panax ginseng C.A.Mey and Panax quinquefolium L.are recommended to be used in Aoxi(1000-times),and Panax ginseng C.A.as goods and Panax quinquefolium L.are recommended to select Enzymes(700-times photosynthetic enzyme bacterial fertilizer+ 700-times flowering enzyme bacterial fertilizer + 6000-times open the root enzyme fertilizer+ 1100-times' Structure').The continuous spraying of leaves for 4 times after sprout leaves period and the interval time of 15 days are ideal.
