As an important food crop,maize accounts for a large proportion of agricultural production in China,so the research on its development law and phenotype of related organs has always been a hot topic in agricultural technology research.The crop research of maize plant phenotype morphology is an important way to achieve the sustainable development of precision agriculture.Based on the phenotypic modeling of maize crop morphological structure,the production cost can be reduced,the input-output rate of crops can be increased,the development of modern agriculture can be greatly facilitated,and it is also of great significance to environmental protection and sustainable development of agriculture.Taking the growth and development of maize as an example,this paper monitors the phenotype of maize plant height,leaf number and leaf angle by 3D laser scanner,and establishes the growth law model of maize plant height by using R language analysis,so as to further get the whole growth law model of maize plant.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Error calibration of 3D scanner.In this paper,the error calibration of 3D scanner is realized by static object calibration and dynamic object calibration.The static calibration error equation is l_r=0.9794l_m+0.4441,and the dynamic calibration error equation is y=0.952x+2.938.It provides a basis for the study of plant growth model by error calibration.(2)Establishment and modification of plant height growth model based on 3D scanner.Five groups of maize plants with 14-week growth days were selected.Significance test,homogeneity test of variance and multiple comparisons of mean value showed that there was no significant difference in plant height data.Satisfying the homogeneity of variance could be used as an effective data model.According to the scatter plot of average plant height,it was found that the trend was roughly Pearl growth curve,which provided an important basis for the establishment of maize plant model.(3)Modeling the whole growth law of maize plant.Statistical analysis showed that plant height of maize was significantly correlated with other phenotypic data.Firstly,the multivariate linear regression method was used to construct the correlation model between plant height and leaf number and leaf angle.Although the fitting degree was high,serious collinearity problems could not be eliminated.For this reason,stepwise regression method was used to establish plant height and leaf number,leaf number and leaf angle respectively.The correlation model of angle.Based on the analysis of the growth trend of node spacing and fruit number,the model of the whole growth law of maize plant was obtained.The establishment of maize plant growth model by 3D scanning technology provides a new theoretical basis and method for maize phenotype research.
