In recent years,high-speed railway has ushered in a period of rapid development.By the end of 2019,China's high-speed railway business mileage has reached 35000 kilometers,more than two-thirds of the total mileage of the world's high-speed railway,becoming the country with the longest high-speed railway mileage,the highest transportation density and the most complex network operation scenario in the world.However,to ensure the safety and high-speed operation of high-speed railway is not a matter of one day and one night.Construction is the weak link of high-speed railway safety,so the safety management of high-speed railway construction is particularly important.This paper takes Jiqing high-speed railway as the research object,analyzes the current construction situation and existing problems of Jiqing high-speed railway,and finds the shortcomings and limitations of the current construction safety management of Jiqing high-speed railway.In order to solve this problem,this paper constructs a set of scientific and practical high-speed railway construction safety management system.First of all,combined with construction management,field operation,local climate conditions and other factors,the paper investigates the potential safety hazards in the construction of Jiqing high-speed railway,and determines the evaluation index of the safety management system of Jiqing high-speed railway;secondly,it constructs the judgment matrix with AHP and evaluation index to determine the weight of the evaluation index;finally,it uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the construction safety of Jiqing high-speed railway The whole management is analyzed and evaluated qualitatively and quantitatively.According to the evaluation results,hidden safety hazards are analyzed,so as to formulate targeted remediation measures,strengthen safety management and control,and ensure construction safety.Taking Jiqing high speed railway as an example,this paper verifies the established construction safety management system,finds out the hidden dangers in the construction of Jiqing high speed railway,and puts forward improvement measures to ensure the construction safety of Jiqing high speed railway.This innovation fills in the deficiency of construction safety management of domestic high-speed railway,and has certain significance for construction safety management of high-speed railway in the future.
