Reservoir plays an irreplaceable role in social and economic construction.For more than half a century after the founding ceremony of the People's Republic of China,reservoirs have played a very important role in our society.The large-scale construction of water facilities has promoted the comprehensive flood control capacity of rivers and the utilization of water resources,played a great role in water supply,irrigation,flood control and power generation,and promoted the rapid development of the whole society and economy.Since the beginning of this century,the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization in China has brought about the rapid growth of water consumption,and the shortage of water resources has become increasingly prominent.There are a large number of reservoir dams in China,which play an important role in regulating water resources.For the water conservancy work,reservoir safety management is a key content,only scientific management and evaluation can ensure the safety of the dam,give full play to their role,and provide strong support for China's economic and social development.In this paper,Flood Control Safety,Dam structure and seepage stability are analyzed in detail to judge whether the dam meets the safety standards.The effectiveness and feasibility of this method is verified by comparing the results of dam safety evaluation based on AHP and Modulus and theory with those of flood control safety,Dam structure and seepage stability.Finally,combined with the "reservoir dam safety evaluation guidelines",we use analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy theory to do a comprehensive safety evaluation of Dahuofang Dam,and make recommendations for the problems found.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Through the rainfall data of Dahuofang Reservoir,the calculation of design rainstorm,the calculation of design flood,the check of flood discharge capacity and the calculation of flood regulation,etc,the flood control capacity of Dahuofang Reservoir dam is evaluated.The elevation of the dam crest is calculated and rechecked whether the elevation conforms to the standard.(2)The nonlinear finite element analysis of Dahuofang Reservoir dam is carried out by using Duncan model,by analyzing the stress and displacement distribution of clay core and gravel.Dam slope stability is verified by simplified bishop method.(3)Through the evaluation,calculation and analysis of the present seepage situation of Dahuofang Reservoir Dam,the design of the anti-seepage system of the dam conforms to the code as the distribution of the seepage line and the pore pressure conform to the general rule,the seepage outflow points are all low in line with the downstream water level and the leakage of the dam is small.(4)The comprehensive evaluation of reservoir dam safety is realized quantitatively by analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy theory.The contents include: Building evaluation index system of reservoir safety,analyzing the evaluation index quantitatively,proposing the index quantization standard and completing the weight determination of every factor of influence.It is concluded that the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy theory applying to the evaluation of reservoir dam safety has so many advantages,such as results intuitive and effective,strong operability,etc.It can provide systematic theoretical guidance for the future construction and management of reservoirs in our country,so as to improve the accuracy of the safety assessment of the hydraulic engineering.
