In recent years,the sustained and healthy development of our national economy has caused the pressure on the transportation industry to gradually increase.The high-speed railway(hereinafter referred to as "high-speed railway")has become the most efficient means of transportation to ease the traffic pressure in China because of its characteristics such as high speed,convenience,and so on.Therefore,China has accelerated the pace of construction of the high-speed railway.Compared with the general speed railway,the high-speed rail construction has the characteristics of complex technology,high difficulty,and high risk.Therefore,contractors need to effectively manage the construction risks of high-speed railway projects under the guidance of scientific theory and methods.And this is a complex system engineering,the construction of actual projects often appears one-sided risk identification factors make it difficult to achieve the project management goals,which reflects the need to effectively identify and deal with risks.Taking the BL high-speed railway project as an example,this paper studies the risk management theory and method of the high-speed railway construction.First of all,based on the research status of the high-speed railway construction risk management at home and abroad,combining basic theory,common methods and the BL high-speed railway project practice,the paper initially constructs the BL high-speed railway construction risk evaluation index system,and finally determines the evaluation index system through the TOPSIS theory screening indicators.Secondly,based on the Triangular Fuzzy Number,the risk management ability of the project is evaluated after overcoming the defects of AHP and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method.The Triangular Fuzzy Number is helpful to overcome the defects of the Analytic Hierarchy Process,thereby improving the objectivity of the weight calculation results,and the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method is simple and practical,which can be used to evaluate the construction risk of the project.Finally,the paper takes the BL high-speed railway as the demonstration to verify according to the third chapter evaluation process,and calculates its risk management level step by step.According to the evaluation results,the defects of construction risk management in this project are analyzed and feasible risk prevention measures are given.Through the research of this article,we hope to promote the establishment of a scientific and reasonable risk evaluation index system for the high-speed railway construction in China,provide a certain reference for the construction enterprise's high-speed railway risk management,and improve the enterprise's attention to construction risks.Only by strengthening risk management can we ensure that the project risk management results are within expected ranges,reduce the probability of the risk occurrence and loss caused,and promote the smooth realization of the overall goal of the project.
