With the rapid development of China's national economy and the accelerating of urbanization,the number of the national highway and road is in constant increase,due to the complex roads exist in the construction process,large quantity,long construction period and strong liquidity,complex factors such as environment,in the process of road construction will be the safe hidden trouble that there is a lot of problems,and safety accidents.However,as the frequent occurrence of safety accidents not only threatens the lives of the people,but also the loss of the property of the state will lead to negative impacts on the development of the country and the stability of the society.Therefore,it is very important to strengthen the safety management of road construction.Although some relevant safety management systems have been established in China in recent years,the level of safety management is still relatively low.How to ensure safe production during the construction process is the important difficulty that we need to overcome in the construction process,so it is urgent to further study the safety management of the project.For the road construction in our country,the safety status quo,inherent law in combination with the engineering construction field on-the-spot investigation and collect and analyze relevant data as the foundation,according to the state and industry regulations,using field research method,literature method,analytic hierarchy process(ahp)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,based on the deming cycle theory for integrated evaluation of the road construction safety situation.First of all,through the data,collected literatures is introduced in this paper,the research background and significance,the present situation of the domestic foreign scholars research and contrast for the road engineering construction process of field research,conclude that is worthy of reference for our country road construction process safety management experience and enlightenment,and through the field data compiled in different stages of the construction of dust emission factor and dust emissions.For road construction process hazards identification,including mechanical accident,collapse,transportation vehicle accidents,build a safety assessment system,through the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to determine index weight,then use fuzzy evaluation method on road construction safety evaluation,on the basis of the construction site for road safety degree scores.This safety evaluation model is applied to the project of road project,"the ecological avenue of jibing mountain city",to evaluate its current construction safety.Through the evaluation of the results,using the deming cycle theory raises the pawn mountain city ecological avenue to improve the safety management system,analysis the main factors influencing the construction safety,some problems existing in the safety management system in the corresponding improvement,improve the quality of the project safety.Finally to build road construction safety factor on the SD model,using Vensim simulation software,intuitive show the influence of different variables on safe production,to predict all the way,according to the influence of different variables to guide practical operation.
