Nuclear power engineering projects generally have the characteristics of high investment,long construction cycle,high quality requirements,complex process logic relations and so on.At present,most domestic nuclear power projects still use the traditional methods such as critical path method(CPM)and Gantt chart to manage the project schedule.This project schedule management method ignores the resource constraints and human behavior factors affecting the project schedule,and only starts from the logical relationship between processes and time constraints to formulate the project schedule,so as to formulate the project schedule.The progress plan is difficult to operate in practice,and lacks the early warning ability of progress deviation,w hich can easily lead to budget overruns,blind competition for resources among construction units,and serious deviation from the initial design of the project.As a new project schedule management technology,critical chain method has become a hot topic in project theory and practice research in recent years.Taking the HY nuclear power project as the research object,this paper first expounds the general situation of the project of the HY nuclear power project,and comprehensively analyses the problems en countered in the actual progress management of the project,such as the poor execution of the project schedule,the inadequate control of the progress execution process,etc.then analyzed the reasons of these problems,because when the schedule planning i s too long,resource conflict between safety and student syndrome and Parkinson's law reason lead to the spread of the project schedule.Secondly,in order to solve these problems,this paper establishes a schedule management model of HY nuclear power project based on the key chain method by using the key chain management elements and steps.It ensures the time elasticity of working hours by setting up project buffer and importing buffer,and achieves the goal of project control through supervision and early warning management of key chain buffer.Finally,it uses the combination level of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.This paper analyses and evaluates the effect of the scheme by expert scoring method,and puts forward targeted safeguard measures from aspe cts of progress management system and organization management.It has a certain practical guiding significance for the following AP1000 nuclear power project schedule management and nuclear power going out in the future.
