In the project management,due to the changing internal and external factors,the implementation of the project faces a high risk of delay.In the field of engineering construction,whether it can be completed on time is often the decisive factor to measure success.Therefore,In the project management,it is very important to optimize the construction progress.In recent years,more and more critical chain technologies have been applied to the progress management of various industry sectors,and have achieved good results.The critical chain technology is based on the relationship between the construction logic and the resources of each process.Investing conflicts,psychological factors and objective behaviors of operators are taken into consideration,and the safety time of each process is concentrated and placed at the end of the schedule as a buffer for intensive management and shortening the construction period.At this time,when the construction schedule is executed,it is necessary to digest the effects of various interference events in the buffer to ensure the milestone nodes,and the interference management can often achieve good results in how to deal with the interference events at a smaller cost.The idea of interference management is to minimize the disturbance of the project after the occurrence of the interference event,with the optimal coping strategy to deal with the impact of the digestive interference event.This kind of thinking is widely used in urban traffic management,aviation logistics and project management,and has achieved many outputs.In the research of project construction schedule management,this paper combines the critical chain technology and interference management ideas with the installation of the ring crane equipment of the nuclear reactor of "HPR1000" nuclear power plant.Firstly,detailed WBS analysis is carried out on the installation of the ring crane.Clear the tight-to-tight constraints and various resource input restrictions of various processes in the construction of the ring crane,and adjust the original ring crane installation schedule according to the critical chain technology,set the buffer according to the milestone node,and then combine the disruption management.The idea is to classify the possible disruption events according to the impact on the construction period,and then adopt different countermeasures,and at the same time comprehensively weigh the schedule deviation and cost targets,construct different disruption management models for calculation,and obtain the optimal coping strategies.Finally,the progress management methods used in this paper are summarized,and the research trends of the combination of disruption management ideas and critical chain technologies are prospected.
