With the improvement of the nuclear safety level and equipment reliability of the global nuclear power plant,concerns for a promotion in benefit is intensified among the nuclear power enterprises gradually.On the premise of ensuring safety and quality,improving the benefit of nuclear power enterprises becomes the inevitable trend of enterprise development.Refueling overhaul,for PWR nuclear power plant,is a critical segment of nuclear power plant production activities,the schedule management quality of which will make a direct impact on the economical efficiency of nuclear power unit.Therefore,effective measures,such as improving refueling overhaul management,controlling and reducing nuclear power unit overhaul period while mitigating nuclear power unit influence on power grid,should be taken to meet the requirement of the nuclear power industry development,and also to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises efficiently.In this paper,Critical Chain Technology is applied to do the research on schedule management of nuclear power plant overhaul.The Critical path of QS nuclear power plant overhaul be optimized and adjusted by analyzing and balancing the key resources that influence the progress of overhaul project.Considering about a larger uncertainty of overhaul project context,a standardized and applicable schedule management technology for overhaul project is designed.With a more scientific method,this technology that leans on the analyses of task uncertainty index,overhaul project characteristics and risk factors calculates overhaul safety time as the project buffer which is monitored and managed dynamically during project running.Finally,explorations and researches are carried out among many aspects such as organizational and personal understanding,organizational and systematic improvement,resources and technology investment.These all help critical chain method to bring about a series of fundamental guarantee measures in QS nuclear power plant overhaul schedule management.Our study,which presents innovation value in management and practical guiding significance for the progress management of the nuclear power plant overhaul project,plays an important role in reconciling the overhaul period optimization and improving the performance of the overhaul project.
