Research On Reuse Of Materials In The Construction Of Beijing Rural Landscape

In 2005,the fifth Plenary Session of the sixteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China clearly put forward the construction of new socialist rural areas as a major historic task in the process of the modernization in our country,the requirement is the "production development,life well-off,local custom civilization,village neatly,management democracy",the "local custom civilization,village neatly" is closely related to the rural landscape planning and construction.In 2008,Anji County of Zhejiang Province formally put forward the "China beautiful Countryside Plan" and the action program,becoming the pioneer of beautiful countryside construction.Many provinces in China have also formulated the action plan for beautiful countryside construction.In 2013,China's Ministry of Agriculture launched a campaign to create "beautiful villages" and released ten construction models.In this process of development,the overall planning and system construction of rural landscape become more and more important.The construction of beautiful countryside aims at protecting the ecological environment and improving the living environment.Landscape construction is an important aspect of beautiful rural construction.In actual rural construction,attention should be paid not only to new planning and construction of landscape construction,but also to the reuse of waste materials.This is because the amount of waste materials generated by demolition and reconstruction is huge,according to data1,every year our country building materials waste emissions in the more than 1.5 billion tons,according to the condition of recycling technology at home and abroad to see,the vast majority of such junk can be recycled,but domestic real utilization ratio is less than 5%,visible this aspect of theoretical research and practical application there is a big gap,and the study of rural landscape construction materials recycling are lack,so this paper carries out research on it.This paper takes the reusable materials in the construction of Beijing rural landscapes as the research target.Under the background of beautiful rural construction,11 representative villages in Beijing area are selected for investigation,combined with the collection of relevant literature,the landscape features and material reuse of ecological,cultural and agricultural industrial villages in Beijing are sorted out.On this basis,three main problems of material reuse are summarized: lack of attention to the rural ecological environment;low recycling efficiency of rural waste materials leads to increased economic costs;lack of local style and artistic landscape in the countryside.After systematical classification of waste materials commonly used in the construction of rural landscape in Beijing,the ways of reuse of waste materials are summarized.Based on the three aspects of ecological environmental protection,economic conservation,and regional culture,the material reuse in the construction of Beijing countryside landscapes is evaluated.The impact of materials on the natural environment accompanies its whole life cycle,and the reuse of materials can not only effectively reduce the development of natural resources and energy consumption,but also effectively reduce the output of rural waste.This paper puts forward the economic indicators in the process of material reuse in the hope of improving the recycling link of rural waste and promoting the establishment of waste material trading platform.Different waste materials have their own colors,shapes and textures,and at the same time carry the regional characteristics and historical and cultural information of the site.According to the specific characteristics of these waste materials,they can be reused in combination with the basic conditions of the place.With the continuous development of beautiful countryside construction,the reuse of materials is bound to play an increasingly important role in rural landscape construction.In order to popularize the concept of material reuse,guidance and publicity are indispensable.Research in this area also needs to be further in-depth.
